【摘要】：當(dāng)前,推行街區(qū)制成為破解"大城市病"、提高城市治理水平、加強(qiáng)城市精細(xì)化管理的重要抓手。在此背景下,文章立足于成都市推行小街區(qū)的建設(shè)需求,在確定小街區(qū)的概念、內(nèi)涵、特征與分類體系的基礎(chǔ)上,界定了不同類型的小街區(qū)空間尺度,分維度地研究了小街區(qū)規(guī)劃,有效促進(jìn)了小街區(qū)規(guī)劃的落地,為相關(guān)實(shí)踐提供了借鑒。
[Abstract]:At present , the block is made to break the " big city disease " , improve the level of urban governance and strengthen the key grasp of the city ' s fine management . In this context , the article is based on the concept , connotation , characteristics and classification system of the small block , and defines different types of small block spatial scales . It studies the small block plan effectively and effectively promotes the landing of small block planning , and provides reference for relevant practice .
