水泥注漿法在工程地基加固中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:水泥注漿法具有高效、經(jīng)濟(jì)、對(duì)周圍環(huán)境和建筑物無(wú)公害等優(yōu)點(diǎn),被廣泛的應(yīng)用到交通、房屋建筑、隧道等工程領(lǐng)域中,現(xiàn)已成為一種比較常用的地基處理方法。本文以新建鄭州至焦作城際鐵路跨北四環(huán)框架中橋地基注漿加固工程為背景,結(jié)合注漿理論和施工經(jīng)驗(yàn),通過(guò)理論分析、計(jì)算、試驗(yàn)等方法對(duì)水泥注漿法加固設(shè)計(jì)、施工、注漿效果檢測(cè)、注漿加固后承載力計(jì)算等方面展開(kāi)了研究工作。本文研究成果為本地區(qū)類似地基加固工程提供了理論依據(jù),具有積極的指導(dǎo)意義。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)理論研究。對(duì)注漿法進(jìn)行了概述,對(duì)注漿法的發(fā)展歷史和研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了回顧,分析了水泥注漿法加固地基的基本理論。(2)注漿加固后地基承載力的確定。概括了靜載荷試驗(yàn)的試驗(yàn)要點(diǎn),分析了注漿加固后地基的受力特性,總結(jié)了散體樁復(fù)合地基承載力的計(jì)算方法,提出利用面積疊加法對(duì)注漿加固后的地基承載力進(jìn)行計(jì)算。(3)注漿加固設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)注漿設(shè)計(jì)原則,并結(jié)合工程地質(zhì)情況,從注漿方法選擇、注漿材料和配比、注漿參數(shù)等方面對(duì)注漿加固方案進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。(4)注漿施工。根據(jù)注漿加固設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行注漿施工,總結(jié)了注漿工程的施工流程和施工工藝,指出了注漿施工質(zhì)量控制應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題。(5)加固效果檢測(cè)。利用靜載荷試驗(yàn)來(lái)檢測(cè)注漿加固效果,經(jīng)試驗(yàn)確定注漿加固后的地基承載力為207kPa,得出水泥注漿法在實(shí)際工程中加固地基效果良好。(6)注漿加固后的地基承載力計(jì)算。利用面積疊加法對(duì)注漿加固后的地基承載力進(jìn)行計(jì)算,并與靜載荷試驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證該方法的合理性。
[Abstract]:Cement grouting method has the advantages of high efficiency, economy, no pollution to the surrounding environment and buildings. It has been widely used in traffic, building, tunnel and other engineering fields, and has become a more commonly used foundation treatment method. In this paper, based on the grouting reinforcement project of the new Zhengzhou-Jiaozuo inter-city railway bridge across the North fourth Ring Road frame, combined with grouting theory and construction experience, through theoretical analysis, calculation, test and other methods, the design, construction, grouting effect test and bearing capacity calculation after grouting reinforcement are studied. The research results of this paper provide a theoretical basis for similar foundation reinforcement projects in this area, and have positive guiding significance. The main research contents are as follows: (1) theoretical research. This paper summarizes the grouting method, reviews the development history and research status of the grouting method, and analyzes the basic theory of strengthening the foundation by cement grouting method. (2) determination of the bearing capacity of the foundation after grouting reinforcement. The main points of static load test are summarized, the stress characteristics of foundation strengthened by grouting are analyzed, the calculation method of bearing capacity of composite foundation with bulk pile is summarized, and the area superposition method is put forward to calculate the bearing capacity of foundation strengthened by grouting. (3) grouting reinforcement design. According to the principle of grouting design and combined with engineering geological conditions, the grouting reinforcement scheme is designed from the aspects of grouting method selection, grouting material and ratio, grouting parameters and so on. (4) grouting construction. According to the grouting reinforcement design, the grouting construction is carried out, the construction flow and construction technology of the grouting project are summarized, and the problems that should be paid attention to in the quality control of grouting construction are pointed out. (5) Test of reinforcement effect. The static load test is used to test the effect of grouting reinforcement, and the bearing capacity of the foundation strengthened by grouting is determined to be 207kPa. it is concluded that the cement grouting method has a good effect on strengthening the foundation in practical engineering. (6) calculation of the bearing capacity of the foundation strengthened by grouting. The area superposition method is used to calculate the bearing capacity of the foundation strengthened by grouting, and the rationality of the method is verified by comparing with the static load test results.
