【摘要】：伴隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,人們的生活水平愈來愈高,對(duì)生活質(zhì)量的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也愈來愈高。人們開始更重視消費(fèi)的環(huán)境和質(zhì)量。城市里人口數(shù)量不斷增加,可利用的土地卻非常有限,大量的私家車不但給城市交通帶來壓力,也給我們的環(huán)境造成了污染。人們漸漸發(fā)現(xiàn)單一功能的建筑已經(jīng)不能完全應(yīng)對(duì)社會(huì)的需求。于是人們將商業(yè)、辦公、酒店、住宅和文化娛樂設(shè)施等多種不同的功能復(fù)合在一起,商業(yè)綜合體便就此形成,成為處理比較大的城市問題的有用的方法,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益以及社會(huì)效益都有幫助。本課題根據(jù)沈陽(yáng)地區(qū)的地域特點(diǎn)及現(xiàn)有的商業(yè)綜合體的實(shí)際情況,在對(duì)沈陽(yáng)商業(yè)和綜合體的設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)和設(shè)計(jì)方法上進(jìn)行研究,總結(jié)出沈陽(yáng)地區(qū)商業(yè)綜合體的特點(diǎn)及在設(shè)計(jì)過程中應(yīng)該注意的問題。希望能對(duì)沈陽(yáng)商業(yè)綜合體以后的設(shè)計(jì)中起到一定的參考借鑒的作用,使沈陽(yáng)的商業(yè)和綜合體更加順利有序的發(fā)展。本文共五章,第一章為緒論,闡述論文的背景的研究,以及目的意義和方法,對(duì)商業(yè)綜合體的概述,介紹沈陽(yáng)地區(qū)商業(yè)綜合體的特點(diǎn)發(fā)展及制約因素；第二章介紹沈陽(yáng)商業(yè)綜合體的功能系統(tǒng)與空間組織,及它們之間的關(guān)系；第三章介紹商業(yè)綜合體的交通組織與安全設(shè)計(jì)；第四章對(duì)商業(yè)和綜合體的建造技術(shù)與節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行說明分析；第五章針對(duì)工程實(shí)例：沈陽(yáng)豐瑞·威士頓廣場(chǎng)進(jìn)行案例分析。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, people's living standard is getting higher and higher, and the standard of quality of life is getting higher and higher. People begin to pay more attention to the environment and quality of consumption. The population in the city is increasing, but the available land is very limited. A large number of private cars not only bring pressure to the urban traffic, but also cause pollution to our environment. People gradually find that single-function buildings can no longer fully meet the needs of society. As a result, people combine a variety of different functions, such as commerce, office, hotel, housing and cultural and entertainment facilities, and the commercial complex is formed, which has become a useful way to deal with the larger urban problems. It is helpful to both economic and social benefits. According to the regional characteristics of Shenyang area and the actual situation of the existing commercial complex, this paper studies the design basis and design method of Shenyang commercial and complex. The characteristics of Shenyang commercial complex and the problems that should be paid attention to in the design process are summarized. It is hoped that it can play a certain reference role in the design of Shenyang commercial complex in the future, and make the commercial and complex development of Shenyang more smoothly and orderly. This paper consists of five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, which expounds the background of the paper, as well as the purpose, significance and methods, an overview of the commercial complex, and introduces the characteristics, development and restrictive factors of the commercial complex in Shenyang. The second chapter introduces the functional system and spatial organization of Shenyang commercial complex, and the relationship between them, the third chapter introduces the traffic organization and safety design of the commercial complex, the third chapter introduces the traffic organization and safety design of the commercial complex, and introduces the traffic organization and safety design of the commercial complex. The fourth chapter explains and analyzes the construction technology and energy saving design of commercial and complex, and the fifth chapter analyzes the case of Shenyang Fengrui Wheaton Square.
