【摘要】：村鎮(zhèn)居住庭院是承載農(nóng)民生產(chǎn)生活的重要空間載體,也是產(chǎn)生農(nóng)村生活污染的主要場(chǎng)所,作為農(nóng)村建設(shè)用地中的重要組成部分,它的規(guī)劃和環(huán)境整治工程已經(jīng)成為節(jié)約農(nóng)村建設(shè)用地,改善農(nóng)民人居環(huán)境的重要手段。因此,合理控制村鎮(zhèn)居住庭院規(guī)模,提高居住庭院土地利用效益,提升農(nóng)民居住環(huán)境質(zhì)量是現(xiàn)階段村鎮(zhèn)居住庭院研究的重點(diǎn)。在嚴(yán)寒地區(qū),人地矛盾和環(huán)境污染等問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)重,村鎮(zhèn)居住庭院面臨著前所未有的考驗(yàn)。本文以嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)居住庭院為研究對(duì)象,首先對(duì)居住庭院、節(jié)約用地、環(huán)境提升等概念進(jìn)行了界定,歸納了我國(guó)村鎮(zhèn)居住庭院的用地標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并提出存在的問(wèn)題及弊端,同時(shí)總結(jié)了嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)居住庭院的總體特征及影響因素。其次,結(jié)合嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)居住庭院的實(shí)地調(diào)研成果,從使用及訴求、節(jié)地、環(huán)境提升三個(gè)角度出發(fā),定性和定量地歸納居住庭院的用地規(guī)模、功能布局、庭院經(jīng)濟(jì)、生態(tài)環(huán)境及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等主要特點(diǎn)、建設(shè)情況及存在問(wèn)題,并借助數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行定量分類,梳理嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)居住庭院類型譜系,建立起家庭人口結(jié)構(gòu)與居住庭院類型之間的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系。最后,提出嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)居住庭院空間節(jié)地布局優(yōu)化策略、環(huán)境提升策略等關(guān)鍵技術(shù),構(gòu)建與地域特征相對(duì)應(yīng)的居住庭院典型模式,并提出相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)指引。本文旨在研究嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)居住庭院的節(jié)地及環(huán)境提升相關(guān)對(duì)策,從提高居住庭院用地的綜合效益及環(huán)境改善的角度出發(fā),針對(duì)不同用地規(guī)模、功能類型和家庭結(jié)構(gòu)的嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)居住庭院提出優(yōu)化對(duì)策,以期為探索綠色友好的村鎮(zhèn)人居環(huán)境的建設(shè)提供一點(diǎn)理論及實(shí)踐依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As an important part of rural construction land, the residential courtyard of villages and towns is an important space carrier carrying farmers' production and life, and it is also the main place to produce rural life pollution, which is an important part of rural construction land. Its planning and environmental improvement project has become an important means to save rural construction land and improve farmers' living environment. Therefore, it is important to control the scale of the residential courtyard, improve the land use efficiency and improve the quality of the living environment of the village and town at the present stage in the study of the residential courtyard of the village and town. In the frigid area, the contradiction between people and land and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious, and the villages and towns are facing an unprecedented test of living in the courtyard. This article takes the village and town residential courtyard in the severe cold area as the research object, firstly defines the residential courtyard, the saving land, the environment promotion and so on, sums up the land use standard of the village and town residential courtyard in our country, and puts forward the existing problems and disadvantages. At the same time, it summarizes the general characteristics and influencing factors of the village and town residential courtyard in the severe cold area. Secondly, combining with the research results of village and town residential courtyard in the frigid area, from the three angles of use and demand, land conservation and environment promotion, the paper qualitatively and quantitatively summarizes the scale of land use, functional layout and courtyard economy of residential courtyard, and makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the scale of land use, functional layout and courtyard economy. The main characteristics of ecological environment and infrastructure, construction situation and existing problems, and with the help of mathematical statistics software to carry on the quantitative classification, combs the village and town residential courtyard type pedigree in the frigid area, The corresponding relationship between the population structure of the family and the type of residential courtyard was established. Finally, some key technologies, such as the optimization strategy of space saving land distribution and the strategy of environment promotion, are put forward, and the typical pattern of residential courtyard corresponding to the regional characteristics is constructed, and the corresponding optimization design guidelines are put forward. The purpose of this paper is to study the related countermeasures of saving land and improving the environment of the residential courtyard of villages and towns in the severe cold area. From the angle of improving the comprehensive benefit of residential courtyard land and improving the environment, aiming at the different scale of land use, In order to provide some theoretical and practical basis for the construction of green and friendly residential environment of villages and towns, this paper puts forward the optimized countermeasures for the residential courtyard of villages and towns in the frigid areas of the function type and family structure.
