【摘要】：工程質(zhì)量百年大計(jì),必須堅(jiān)持質(zhì)量第一。建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣關(guān)系到各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的方方面面,首先其直接影響到人民群眾生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全、社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的運(yùn)行發(fā)展,其次也涉及到一系列的社會(huì)重大工程領(lǐng)域,除此之外,建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量也會(huì)影響到國家的安全穩(wěn)定和社會(huì)形象,本文立足于社會(huì)各界重視和狠抓工程質(zhì)量社會(huì)背景下,研究如何在施工階段控制好施工質(zhì)量,使施工質(zhì)量能夠持續(xù)改進(jìn)。園博園環(huán)境整治工程為豐臺(tái)區(qū)的重大工程之一。工程是大眾矚目的焦點(diǎn),這種性質(zhì)的工程往往時(shí)間緊張、施工任務(wù)重、施工工程量大、作業(yè)面廣、及其周邊環(huán)境條件不利于作業(yè)的特點(diǎn)。這些特點(diǎn)造成在施工中遇到許多難點(diǎn),因此需要對(duì)園博園的施工可能遇到的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行采取相應(yīng)措施,在該項(xiàng)目的環(huán)境整治工程中的難點(diǎn)和重點(diǎn)有:(1)園博園環(huán)境整治工程具有施工工程量大、時(shí)間緊迫、工作面廣、施工環(huán)境復(fù)雜不利于施工作業(yè)等特點(diǎn),這些對(duì)于施工的質(zhì)量控制都帶來重重困難。(2)在園博園施工過程中遇到隱蔽工程是不可避免的其中包括:地基基礎(chǔ)、防水和預(yù)埋件工程等,這些分部分項(xiàng)工程都需要在施工過程中嚴(yán)控質(zhì)量關(guān),一旦檢驗(yàn)合格就會(huì)被其它工序覆蓋,將來難于做出其內(nèi)部問題。(3)在該項(xiàng)目施工過程中沒有固定的施工工序,同時(shí)施工過程受到地區(qū)、季節(jié)、天氣等因素的影響,造成工程完成質(zhì)量具有波動(dòng)性,對(duì)于工程質(zhì)量管控帶來難度。針對(duì)遇到的施工質(zhì)量問題,本文主要從園博園環(huán)境整治過程中遇到的施工特點(diǎn)和影響施工質(zhì)量控制的因素為主要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行研究。為了保證園博園環(huán)境整治工程質(zhì)量,本文將研究在文中需要的各種相關(guān)理論知識(shí),包括質(zhì)量相關(guān)概念、施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的特點(diǎn)、基本要求、以及施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的階段,其中重點(diǎn)介紹了人、機(jī)、料、法、環(huán)(4M1E)影響施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量五大因素控制理論。根據(jù)園博園工程項(xiàng)目的概況、工程施工的特點(diǎn),對(duì)施工過程中存在質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行了分析,從一系列影響施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量幾大因素進(jìn)行了分析,提出了工程質(zhì)量存在問題成因。概述園博園工程施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理基本方法和要求,介紹了其工程質(zhì)量控制方案,并根據(jù)工程的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)提出了保證其質(zhì)量的措施和方案。最后,將全文主要內(nèi)容形成分析結(jié)論,并對(duì)有待進(jìn)一步研究的問題進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:The project quality plan is 100 years big, must insist on the quality first. The quality of construction project is related to all aspects of various fields. Firstly, it directly affects the safety of people's life and property, the stability of society and the operation and development of social economy. Secondly, it also involves a series of major social engineering fields. In addition, the quality of construction project will also affect the safety and stability of the country and the social image. This paper is based on the social background of attaching importance to and grasping the quality of the project from all walks of life, and studies how to control the construction quality in the construction stage. The construction quality can be continuously improved. The environmental renovation project of Expo Garden is one of the major projects in Fengtai District. Engineering is the focus of attention. The project of this nature is often short of time, heavy construction task, large amount of construction work, wide scope of work, and its surrounding environmental conditions are not conducive to the characteristics of the operation. These characteristics result in many difficulties in the construction, so it is necessary to take corresponding measures to the key points and difficulties that may be encountered in the construction of the garden and expo park. The difficulties and emphases in the environmental control project of the project are as follows: (1) the environmental regulation project of the garden and expo garden has the characteristics of large amount of construction engineering, urgent time, wide working face, complicated construction environment and unfavorable construction operation, and so on. These bring many difficulties to the quality control of the construction. (2) it is inevitable to meet the covert works during the construction of the Expo Park, including the foundation, the waterproofing and the pre-buried parts, and so on. These sub-projects all need to strictly control the quality control in the construction process, once the inspection is passed, they will be covered by other processes, and it will be difficult to make their internal problems in the future. (3) there are no fixed construction procedures in the construction process of the project. At the same time, the construction process is affected by the region, season, weather and other factors, which causes the quality of the project to fluctuate, which brings difficulty to the project quality control. In view of the construction quality problems encountered, this paper mainly studies the construction characteristics and the factors affecting the construction quality control in the process of environmental renovation of the garden and Expo Garden. In order to ensure the quality of environmental renovation project, this paper will study the relevant theoretical knowledge, including the concept of quality, the characteristics of quality control of construction project, the basic requirements, and the stage of quality control of construction project. The control theory of man, machine, material, method and 4M1E affecting the quality of construction project is introduced in detail. According to the general situation of the project and the characteristics of the construction, this paper analyzes on the quality problems in the construction process, analyzes on a series of factors affecting the quality of the construction project, and puts forward the causes of the existing problems in the engineering quality. This paper summarizes the basic methods and requirements of the quality management of the construction project of the Garden and Expo Garden, introduces the project quality control scheme, and puts forward the measures and schemes to ensure its quality according to the key and difficult points of the project. Finally, the main contents of the paper form an analysis conclusion, and the future issues to be further studied are prospected.
