園博園環(huán)境整治工程質(zhì)量控制研究
[Abstract]:The project quality plan is 100 years big, must insist on the quality first. The quality of construction project is related to all aspects of various fields. Firstly, it directly affects the safety of people's life and property, the stability of society and the operation and development of social economy. Secondly, it also involves a series of major social engineering fields. In addition, the quality of construction project will also affect the safety and stability of the country and the social image. This paper is based on the social background of attaching importance to and grasping the quality of the project from all walks of life, and studies how to control the construction quality in the construction stage. The construction quality can be continuously improved. The environmental renovation project of Expo Garden is one of the major projects in Fengtai District. Engineering is the focus of attention. The project of this nature is often short of time, heavy construction task, large amount of construction work, wide scope of work, and its surrounding environmental conditions are not conducive to the characteristics of the operation. These characteristics result in many difficulties in the construction, so it is necessary to take corresponding measures to the key points and difficulties that may be encountered in the construction of the garden and expo park. The difficulties and emphases in the environmental control project of the project are as follows: (1) the environmental regulation project of the garden and expo garden has the characteristics of large amount of construction engineering, urgent time, wide working face, complicated construction environment and unfavorable construction operation, and so on. These bring many difficulties to the quality control of the construction. (2) it is inevitable to meet the covert works during the construction of the Expo Park, including the foundation, the waterproofing and the pre-buried parts, and so on. These sub-projects all need to strictly control the quality control in the construction process, once the inspection is passed, they will be covered by other processes, and it will be difficult to make their internal problems in the future. (3) there are no fixed construction procedures in the construction process of the project. At the same time, the construction process is affected by the region, season, weather and other factors, which causes the quality of the project to fluctuate, which brings difficulty to the project quality control. In view of the construction quality problems encountered, this paper mainly studies the construction characteristics and the factors affecting the construction quality control in the process of environmental renovation of the garden and Expo Garden. In order to ensure the quality of environmental renovation project, this paper will study the relevant theoretical knowledge, including the concept of quality, the characteristics of quality control of construction project, the basic requirements, and the stage of quality control of construction project. The control theory of man, machine, material, method and 4M1E affecting the quality of construction project is introduced in detail. According to the general situation of the project and the characteristics of the construction, this paper analyzes on the quality problems in the construction process, analyzes on a series of factors affecting the quality of the construction project, and puts forward the causes of the existing problems in the engineering quality. This paper summarizes the basic methods and requirements of the quality management of the construction project of the Garden and Expo Garden, introduces the project quality control scheme, and puts forward the measures and schemes to ensure its quality according to the key and difficult points of the project. Finally, the main contents of the paper form an analysis conclusion, and the future issues to be further studied are prospected.
