【摘要】：歷史建筑是凝固的歷史和文化，是一個(gè)地區(qū)地域性特色的典型代表，它記錄了時(shí)間與文化變化的過(guò)程與在人類史上的重要影響，也是未來(lái)發(fā)展和前進(jìn)的根基與源泉。歷史建筑的更新與發(fā)展，，是社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然指向，歷史建筑與城市建設(shè)的關(guān)系也是我們目前這個(gè)時(shí)代所要面臨的重要問(wèn)題。威尼斯作為世界遺產(chǎn)文化名城，具有豐富的歷史建筑遺留，同時(shí)，威尼斯作為引領(lǐng)時(shí)尚發(fā)展，聚焦人文熱點(diǎn)的新都市，其未來(lái)的發(fā)展方向以及如何成熟全面地去認(rèn)識(shí)并發(fā)展延續(xù)威尼斯歷史建筑的歷史文化價(jià)值，日漸成為重要并且具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的課題。 本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容，就是探討如何更好地去延續(xù)歷史建筑的歷史文化價(jià)值，如何處理歷史建筑與新元素的關(guān)系，梳理總結(jié)出在當(dāng)代時(shí)代背景下，建筑師是基于怎樣的思考和邏輯，對(duì)歷史建筑的價(jià)值進(jìn)行有效的保護(hù)并再利用。研究從歷史建筑保護(hù)與再利用的目的性入手，在全面地認(rèn)識(shí)威尼斯歷史建筑的價(jià)值的基礎(chǔ)上，以價(jià)值為根本出發(fā)點(diǎn)，以歷史文化價(jià)值具體表達(dá)的兩個(gè)層面為線索，從場(chǎng)所與形式的角度分別敘述建筑師是如何操作，達(dá)到歷史建筑與新元素之間的對(duì)話，使之共同發(fā)揮作用，促進(jìn)歷史與時(shí)代性在建筑中的共生。最后，重點(diǎn)分析了當(dāng)代知名建筑師在威尼斯的一些具體的歷史建筑更新項(xiàng)目，通過(guò)具體案例與實(shí)踐的證實(shí)和討論，針對(duì)性地闡述并說(shuō)明歷史建筑保護(hù)與再利用在威尼斯的當(dāng)代實(shí)踐，為我國(guó)歷史建筑更新工作提供一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Historical architecture is a solidified history and culture, a typical representative of regional characteristics of a region. It records the process of time and cultural change and its important influence in human history, and it is also the foundation and source of future development and progress. The renewal and development of historical buildings is the inevitable direction of social development, and the relationship between historical buildings and urban construction is also an important issue we are facing in this era. As a famous world heritage city, Venice has rich historical buildings. At the same time, Venice is a new city that leads the fashion development and focuses on the cultural hot spots. The direction of its future development and how to understand and develop the historical and cultural values of Venice's historical buildings in a mature and comprehensive way has become an important and practical topic. The main content of this paper is to explore how to better continue the historical and cultural values of historical buildings, how to deal with the relationship between historical buildings and new elements, and summarize the background of contemporary times. Architects based on what kind of thinking and logic, the value of historical buildings to effectively protect and reuse. The study starts with the purpose of protection and reuse of historical buildings, on the basis of comprehensive understanding of the value of Venice's historical buildings, taking value as the fundamental starting point, and taking the two levels of concrete expression of historical and cultural value as the clue. From the angle of place and form, this paper describes how the architect operates to achieve the dialogue between the historical building and the new elements, so that they can play a common role and promote the symbiosis between the history and the times in the architecture. Finally, the paper analyzes some specific historic building renewal projects of contemporary famous architects in Venice, and proves and discusses them through concrete cases and practices. The contemporary practice of conservation and reuse of historical buildings in Venice is expounded and explained in order to provide some reference for the renewal of historical buildings in our country.
