信息化環(huán)境下基于位置的建設(shè)工程施工管理方法應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:目前建筑業(yè)已經(jīng)進入“新常態(tài)”。如何在行業(yè)寒冬中保持企業(yè)優(yōu)勢,維持企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,成為了建筑業(yè)企業(yè)必須解決的問題。但在建設(shè)工程施工階段中出現(xiàn)的資源配置不合理、施工活動不連續(xù)、不同項目參與方工作空間沖突、不同工序工作面爭奪等現(xiàn)象導(dǎo)致進度拖期頻繁發(fā)生,這不但對建設(shè)工程施工管理帶來挑戰(zhàn),造成項目逾期交付、成本上升,而且可能造成工程質(zhì)量問題和大量社會資源的浪費。不僅如此,國內(nèi)建設(shè)工程施工階段較為普遍地存在著工程信息管理水平差的情況,大量相關(guān)工程信息沒有很好地服務(wù)于建設(shè)工程施工管理,由于信息疏漏、信息錯誤、信息處理不及時導(dǎo)致的沖突和矛盾屢見不鮮,這也導(dǎo)致了施工階段的生產(chǎn)率的低下。提高建筑業(yè)企業(yè)在建設(shè)工程施工階段的管理效率、優(yōu)化施工階段的進度管理、提高施工階段的信息管理與資源管理水平,不僅關(guān)乎企業(yè)在建設(shè)工程施工階段的效益,更是企業(yè)在“新常態(tài)”下保持競爭優(yōu)勢的關(guān)鍵。基于位置的建設(shè)工程施工管理方法是一種新的施工管理方法。這種方法為解決我國建設(shè)工程施工階段的低效和浪費問題提供了新的方法;谖恢玫慕ㄔO(shè)工程施工管理方法在注重時間管理的同時也注重資源管理,因而可以較好地彌補現(xiàn)有方法的不足。以建筑信息模型為代表的工程信息化技術(shù)提高了建筑業(yè)信息化水平,為建筑業(yè)企業(yè)在“新常態(tài)”下保持競爭優(yōu)勢提供了新的技術(shù)手段,也能與基于位置的建設(shè)工程施工管理方法在進度管理和成本管理方面較好地配合。但是與發(fā)達國家相比,國內(nèi)業(yè)界、學(xué)界對該方法的關(guān)注并不多。而且,基于位置的建設(shè)工程施工管理方法在空間資源管理上與建筑信息模型技術(shù)的協(xié)同程度方面仍存在可提升的空間。該論文闡述了基于位置的建設(shè)工程施工管理方法的概念與理論,運用對比研究法將之與關(guān)鍵路徑法等傳統(tǒng)的建設(shè)工程施工管理方法進行了比較;該論文分析了基于位置的建設(shè)工程施工管理方法的數(shù)據(jù)管理特點和要求,提出并論述了在信息化環(huán)境下該方法與建筑信息模型技術(shù)在進度管理與成本管理方面可以較好地協(xié)同、基于位置的建設(shè)工程施工管理方法在信息化環(huán)境下更具有優(yōu)勢的論點;在此基礎(chǔ)上,該論文提出了基于位置的建設(shè)工程施工管理方法與建筑信息模型技術(shù)在空間資源管理方面結(jié)合的方法,并提出了基于此方法的空間資源管理流程;最后,該論文通過案例仿真驗證了基于位置的建設(shè)工程施工管理方法的應(yīng)用效果,證明了基于位置的建設(shè)工程施工管理方法與建筑信息模型技術(shù)相結(jié)合的空間資源管理方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:At present, the construction industry has entered the "new normal." How to maintain the advantage of enterprises and maintain the sustainable development of enterprises has become a problem that must be solved by construction enterprises. However, the unreasonable allocation of resources in the construction stage, the discontinuity of construction activities, the conflict of workspace between different project participants and the scramble of different working faces lead to the frequent delay of progress. This will not only bring challenges to the construction management of construction projects, but also lead to late delivery of projects and increase in cost, and may also cause problems of engineering quality and waste of a large number of social resources. Moreover, in the construction stage of domestic construction projects, the level of engineering information management is generally poor, a large number of related engineering information does not serve the construction management of construction projects well, because of the information omission, the information is wrong. Conflicts and contradictions caused by information processing are common, which leads to low productivity in construction stage. Improving the management efficiency of construction enterprises in the construction stage, optimizing the schedule management in the construction stage, and improving the level of information management and resource management in the construction stage are not only related to the efficiency of the enterprise in the construction phase of the construction project. It is also the key for enterprises to maintain competitive advantage under the "new normal". The construction management method based on position is a new construction management method. This method provides a new method for solving the problems of low efficiency and waste in construction stage of construction projects in China. The construction management method based on location pays attention to the time management and the resource management, so it can make up for the deficiency of the existing methods. The construction information technology, represented by the building information model, has improved the level of the construction information and provided a new technical means for the construction enterprises to maintain their competitive advantage under the "new normal". It can also work well with the construction management method based on location in schedule management and cost management. But compared with the developed countries, the domestic industry, academic circles pay little attention to this method. Moreover, there is still room for improvement in the degree of synergy between the space resource management and the building information model technology. This paper expounds the concept and theory of the construction management method based on location, and compares it with the traditional construction management method such as the critical path method. This paper analyzes the data management characteristics and requirements of the construction management method based on location, and puts forward and discusses that the method and the building information model technology can cooperate well in the aspect of schedule management and cost management in the information environment. The argument that the construction management method based on location has more advantages in the information environment; On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the method of combining the construction management method based on location and the building information model technology in space resource management, and puts forward the space resource management flow based on this method. Finally, the paper verifies the application effect of the construction management method based on location through the case simulation. It is proved that the space resource management method based on location and construction information model technology is effective.
