【摘要】：改革開放以來，蘇州中心城市快速持續(xù)擴(kuò)張，其空間結(jié)構(gòu)由最初的單中心逐步向多中心演化，，都市區(qū)化也越來越明顯。根據(jù)新馬克思主義空間理論，空間重組與重構(gòu)本質(zhì)是社會(huì)變遷的產(chǎn)物。如果不對空間活動(dòng)賴以運(yùn)行并受其改變的社會(huì)制度給以應(yīng)有的關(guān)注，就無法對空間轉(zhuǎn)型與重構(gòu)進(jìn)行充分的理解。鑒于此，本文基于新馬克思空間生產(chǎn)理論，嘗試建立了一個(gè)城市結(jié)構(gòu)演化的綜合分析框架，將蘇州中心城市空間演化“嵌入”到具體地方化的社會(huì)制度變遷場景之中，基于空間生產(chǎn)的解釋視角，分析了蘇州中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)演化的特征及機(jī)制；基于空間生產(chǎn)的批判視角，提出了蘇州中心城市空間優(yōu)化策略。 首先，基于空間生產(chǎn)的基本理論內(nèi)涵，分析城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)演化中空間生產(chǎn)的運(yùn)作邏輯，從“資本-權(quán)力-空間”互動(dòng)的角度出發(fā)，構(gòu)建一個(gè)城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)演化的理論分析框架。 其次，根據(jù)空間生產(chǎn)的動(dòng)力不同，將改革開放以來蘇州中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)演化劃分為三個(gè)階段，從“資本-權(quán)力-空間”互動(dòng)的角度，分析各個(gè)階段空間結(jié)構(gòu)的特征和形成機(jī)制。研究認(rèn)為：（1）1980年代，國企改革、市管縣體制的實(shí)施共同推動(dòng)蘇州中心城市空間的生產(chǎn)，形成單中心的空間結(jié)構(gòu)；（2）1990年代，外來資本和地方政府互動(dòng)推動(dòng)蘇州中心城市資本的空間化，使蘇州中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)呈現(xiàn)多中心特征；（3）進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)，伴隨著兩次大的撤縣建區(qū)行政區(qū)劃調(diào)整，資本空間化與空間資本化的交織、權(quán)力關(guān)系的再生產(chǎn)共同推動(dòng)蘇州中心城市空間的擴(kuò)張，使蘇州中心城市都市區(qū)化越來越明顯。 最后，基于空間生產(chǎn)的過程思辨和“時(shí)空統(tǒng)一的辯證烏托邦”城市理想，認(rèn)為“重物質(zhì)空間，輕社會(huì)空間”的空間生產(chǎn)方式導(dǎo)致了蘇州中心城市空間生產(chǎn)的隱憂；基于目前蘇州中心城市空間生產(chǎn)存在的問題提出了未來蘇州中心城市空間的優(yōu)化策略。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the central city of Suzhou has been expanding rapidly and continuously, its spatial structure has gradually evolved from the original single center to the multi-center, and the metropolitan area has become more and more obvious. According to the new Marxist theory of space, the essence of space reorganization and reconstruction is the product of social change. If we do not pay due attention to the social system which depends on the operation of space activities and be changed by it, we cannot fully understand the space transformation and reconstruction. In view of this, based on the new Marx's theory of space production, this paper attempts to establish a comprehensive analysis framework of urban structure evolution, which "embed" the spatial evolution of Suzhou central city into the specific local social system vicissitude. Based on the interpretation of spatial production, this paper analyzes the characteristics and mechanism of spatial structure evolution in Suzhou central city. Based on the critical perspective of space production, this paper puts forward the spatial optimization strategy of Suzhou central city. Firstly, based on the basic theoretical connotation of spatial production, this paper analyzes the operational logic of spatial production in the evolution of urban spatial structure, and constructs a theoretical analysis framework for the evolution of urban spatial structure from the perspective of "capital-power-space" interaction. Secondly, according to the different motive force of space production, the spatial structure evolution of Suzhou central city since reform and opening up is divided into three stages, from the angle of "capital-power-space" interaction, The characteristics and formation mechanism of each stage spatial structure are analyzed. The conclusions are as follows: (1) in 1980s, the reform of state-owned enterprises and the implementation of city and county system promoted the production of Suzhou central urban space and formed the spatial structure of single center; (2) in the 1990s, the interaction between the foreign capital and the local government promoted the spatialization of Suzhou central city capital, which made the spatial structure of Suzhou central city take on the multi-center characteristic; (3) in the 21st century, with the adjustment of two large administrative divisions of withdrawing county and building area, the interweaving of capital space and space capitalization, the reproduction of power relationship promotes the expansion of Suzhou central city space. Make Suzhou center city metropolitan area become more and more obvious. Finally, based on the thinking of the process of space production and the "dialectical utopia" ideal of space-time unity, the author thinks that the spatial production mode of "paying more attention to the material space than the social space" has led to the hidden worries of the space production in Suzhou's central city. Based on the problems existing in the production of Suzhou central city space, this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of Suzhou central city space in the future.
