【摘要】：隨著歷史文化遺產(chǎn)的重視，古村落逐漸得到大眾的關(guān)注。瑞安古村落中種種問題的出現(xiàn)，導致古村落必須更新。古村落更新必須協(xié)調(diào)好與歷史保護的關(guān)系，同時單純地對古村落軀殼進行規(guī)劃往往不能改變古村落的蕭條。這就需要一個切實穩(wěn)定的理論體系來指導實踐，古村落需要更多的經(jīng)驗和參考。透過觸媒效應，保護古村落的歷史特色價值，為復興古村落提供了新的思路。 基于觸媒效應的瑞安古村落更新設計，是通過古村落中歷史特色元素的觸媒效應，激發(fā)和引導古村落更新，促進古村落的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文首先對城市觸媒作相關(guān)的理論研究，對城市觸媒的成功案例進行分析，對觸媒效應有深入的了解，針對古村落保護與更新的問題，提出觸媒效應引入古村落更新設計的適用性。接著通過皖南古村落和楠溪江古村落的案例分析得出結(jié)論，再結(jié)合溫州地區(qū)典型古村落特征總結(jié)和瑞安古村落現(xiàn)狀分析，，共同引出歷史價值和地域特色的重要性。然后基于觸媒效應的角度，結(jié)合歷史特色元素創(chuàng)造觸媒體，確定觸媒立意，提出瑞安古村落更新設計策略，從點觸媒的突顯、線觸媒的連接、面觸媒的整合、軟觸媒的弘揚四個方面具體展開古村落的更新設計。文章最后，以瑞安黃林村更新設計為例做理論可行性的初探。
[Abstract]:With the attention of the historical and cultural heritage, the ancient villages gradually get the attention of the public. The emergence of various problems in the ancient village of Ruian led to the renewal of the ancient village. The renewal of ancient villages must coordinate the relationship with historical protection, and the simple planning of ancient villages' torso often can not change the depression of ancient villages. This requires a practical and stable theoretical system to guide practice, ancient villages need more experience and reference. Through the catalyst effect, it protects the historical characteristic value of the ancient village and provides a new way of thinking for reviving the ancient village. The renewal design of Ruian ancient villages based on catalyst effect is to stimulate and guide the renewal of ancient villages through the catalytic effect of historical characteristic elements in ancient villages to promote the sustainable development of ancient villages. Firstly, this paper makes a theoretical study on urban catalyst, analyzes the successful case of urban catalyst, and has a deep understanding of the catalyst effect, aiming at the protection and renewal of ancient villages. The applicability of catalyst effect to the renewal design of ancient villages is proposed. Then through the case analysis of the ancient villages in southern Anhui and Nanxijiang, the conclusion is drawn, and then the characteristics of typical ancient villages in Wenzhou and the present situation of the ancient villages in Ruian are analyzed, which leads to the importance of historical value and regional characteristics. Then based on the angle of catalyst effect, combining with historical characteristic elements to create contact media, determine the catalyst idea, put forward the renewal design strategy of the ancient village of Ruian, from the point of view of the prominence of the catalyst, the connection of the line catalyst, the integration of the surface catalyst, The development of soft catalyst in four aspects of the specific development of the old village renewal design. At the end of the article, taking the renewal design of Huanglin Village in Ryan as an example, the theoretical feasibility is discussed.
