【摘要】：隨著人類工業(yè)進(jìn)程的發(fā)展,工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)見證了世界工業(yè)化時代的文明歷程。識別保存有價值的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)并加以合理開發(fā)利用,對于維護(hù)工業(yè)歷史風(fēng)貌,延續(xù)地區(qū)、企業(yè)的特色文化具有非凡的意義。在工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)改造項目中,項目進(jìn)度計劃和控制不僅是實(shí)現(xiàn)項目進(jìn)度目標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),同時也是項目管理的主要內(nèi)容之一,對項目目標(biāo)是否能夠順利完成具有重要的意義。本次論文以項目管理相關(guān)知識為基礎(chǔ),以SG公司西十筒倉一期改造項目為案例,闡述了項目進(jìn)度計劃與控制管理的原理和方法在工業(yè)遺址改造工程中的具體應(yīng)用。本文首先介紹了項目進(jìn)度管理相關(guān)概念;其次,介紹了 SG公司西十筒倉一期改造項目的前期工作、項目總體規(guī)劃和項目的組織結(jié)構(gòu)等。之后根據(jù)項目特點(diǎn),具體編制該了項目的網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)度計劃、明確項目的關(guān)鍵線路、關(guān)鍵工作等,同時運(yùn)用有效的科學(xué)方法對項目的進(jìn)度計劃進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和調(diào)整。針對項目進(jìn)度控制管理的過程中可能存在的各種風(fēng)險因素,進(jìn)行分析并制定應(yīng)對的措施。本次研究工作以SG公司西十筒倉一期改造項目為案例,對具體項目深入研究和探討了項目進(jìn)度計劃與控制管理在該項目中的應(yīng)用過程,為該項目編制了科學(xué)合理的進(jìn)度計劃,同時分析總結(jié)與出工業(yè)遺址保護(hù)與再利用相關(guān)的項目進(jìn)度管理中的主要技術(shù)方法和措施,構(gòu)建科學(xué)的項目進(jìn)度計劃與控制體系,為日后首鋼公司北京工業(yè)園區(qū)的開發(fā)建設(shè)提供幫助,并為企業(yè)進(jìn)一步采用項目進(jìn)度管理知識提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of human industry, industrial heritage witnessed the civilization of the world industrialization era. It is of great significance to recognize and preserve the valuable industrial heritage and to develop and utilize it reasonably, which is of great significance for the preservation of industrial historical features, the continuation of the region and the characteristic culture of the enterprise. In the industrial heritage reconstruction project, the project schedule planning and control is not only the key link to realize the project progress goal, but also one of the main contents of the project management, it has the important significance to whether the project goal can be completed smoothly. Based on the related knowledge of project management and taking the first stage reconstruction project of West 10 silos of SG Company as an example, this paper expounds the principle and method of project schedule planning and control management in the concrete application of industrial site reconstruction project. This paper first introduces the concept of project schedule management, secondly, introduces the preliminary work, the overall plan of the project and the organization structure of the project in the West 10 Silo of SG Company. Then, according to the characteristics of the project, the network schedule of the project is worked out, the key route and key work of the project are defined, and the effective scientific method is used to optimize and adjust the progress plan of the project. In view of the various risk factors that may exist in the process of project schedule control management, this paper analyzes and formulates countermeasures. Taking the first stage reconstruction project of West 10 silos of SG Company as a case study, the application process of project schedule planning and control management in this project is deeply studied and discussed, and a scientific and reasonable progress plan is worked out for the project. At the same time, it analyzes and summarizes the main technical methods and measures in project schedule management related to the protection and reuse of industrial sites, and constructs a scientific project schedule planning and control system. It is helpful for the development and construction of Beijing Industrial Park of Shougang Company in the future, and provides reference for the enterprises to adopt the knowledge of project schedule management.
