新型混凝土橫孔空心砌塊砌體受壓性能研究

【摘要】:對砌塊混凝土設(shè)計強度等級為C25~C45的新型混凝土橫孔空心砌塊及砌體進行受壓試驗,研究砌塊混凝土抗壓強度、砌塊抗壓強度和砌體抗壓強度之間的關(guān)系.試驗結(jié)果表明:砌塊初裂荷載約為破壞荷載的84%~90%,砌體初裂荷載約為破壞荷載的80%~94%;砌塊混凝土每提高一個強度等級,砌塊強度提高13%~23%,砌體強度提高13%~30%,且提高幅度逐漸減小.推導(dǎo)了砌塊抗壓強度平均值計算公式;《砌體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》(GB 50003—2011)建議采用的砌體軸心抗壓強度平均值計算公式對新型橫孔空心砌塊砌體并不適用;提出了新型橫孔空心砌塊砌體軸心抗壓強度平均值建議計算公式.
[Abstract]:A new type of concrete hollow concrete block and masonry with transverse hole is tested under compression test, and the relationship among compressive strength of block concrete, compressive strength of block and compressive strength of masonry is studied. The test results show that the initial crack load of the block is about 84 / 90 of the damage load, and the initial crack load of the masonry is about 80 / 94 of the failure load; With each increase in strength grade of block concrete, the strength of block increases 13%, and the strength of masonry increases 13%, and the range of increase decreases gradually. The formula for calculating the average compressive strength of masonry blocks is derived, and the formula recommended by GB 50003-2011 (Code for masonry structure Design) is not suitable for new type of hollow block masonry with transverse holes. A formula for calculating the average axial compressive strength of a new type of hollow block masonry with transverse holes is proposed.
