【摘要】：為改善蒸養(yǎng)混凝土的冬期制備,研究摻加UEA對蒸養(yǎng)混凝土冬期制備的強度影響。不同UEA摻量的混凝土在蒸養(yǎng)后分別采用三種室外養(yǎng)護方式。其它原料配比不變,摻加UEA的蒸養(yǎng)混凝土在冬期制備時的各齡期抗折強度和抗壓強度優(yōu)于不摻的蒸養(yǎng)混凝土,而劣于不摻的標準養(yǎng)護混凝土。且隨UEA摻量的增加,蒸養(yǎng)混凝土冬期制備的各齡期強度先增加后降低。蒸養(yǎng)混凝土覆膜后再轉(zhuǎn)入室外養(yǎng)護在冬期制備中較有利于UEA的作用發(fā)揮。該養(yǎng)護方式下,UEA摻量為6.0%時,28 d、90 d、120 d抗折強度分別達到同齡期空白標準養(yǎng)護混凝土的76.8%、74.5%、77.5%,抗壓強度分別達到88.3%、87.5%、83.8%。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the winter preparation of steaming concrete, the effect of adding UEA on the strength of steaming concrete during winter was studied. Three kinds of outdoor maintenance methods were adopted for concrete with different UEA content after steam curing. When the ratio of other raw materials is constant, the flexural strength and compressive strength of steaming concrete with UEA in winter period is better than that of unadulterated steaming concrete, but it is inferior to the standard curing concrete without UEA. With the increase of UEA content, the strength of steaming concrete increased firstly and then decreased. The effect of UEA in winter preparation is better than that of steaming concrete film mulching and then outdoor maintenance. Under this curing mode, when the amount of UEA is 6.0, the flexural strength of concrete of 28 days to 90 days or 120 days reaches the same age blank standard curing concrete, respectively. The flexural strength of concrete is 77.5% and 88.3%, respectively. 87.5 and 83.8.
