山洞式立體停車庫的研究

【摘要】:隨著汽車業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,國內(nèi)汽車保有量持續(xù)增加,這就加劇了停車位數(shù)量不足與日益增加的汽車數(shù)量之間的矛盾。雖然傳統(tǒng)停車位(如地面停車場(chǎng)、高架停車庫及一般的地下停車庫)能夠在一定程度上能夠緩解停車難的問題,但是由于其各自都有其缺點(diǎn),因而人們開始探尋更適合當(dāng)前形式的停車庫,山洞式立體停車庫就是在這樣的一個(gè)大環(huán)境下產(chǎn)生的。本文通過重慶某山洞式立體車庫的實(shí)例分析,將山洞式立體停車庫與其他一般車庫的土地利用率、施工周期、車輛存取難易程度、造價(jià)等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行綜合對(duì)比,得出山洞式立體停車庫適用于地層巖性好、車輛數(shù)量大、可以用于停車面積較小地段的結(jié)論。通過有限元軟件ANSYS模擬了山洞式立體停車庫襯砌厚度依次為0.6m、0.8m、0.4m三種情況下的受力狀態(tài),得出其各自的位移、變形、應(yīng)力值之間的大小關(guān)系,計(jì)算結(jié)果對(duì)實(shí)際工程有一定的借鑒作用。在做山洞式立體停車庫的附屬結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),主要從防火、通風(fēng)排煙、供電三大方面進(jìn)行闡述。從中我們可以看出,立體車庫的附屬結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與其他一般建筑物或構(gòu)筑物的附屬設(shè)計(jì)相比,有其明顯的區(qū)別,要原因是因?yàn)樯蕉词搅Ⅲw車庫修建于地表以下,且地處較為繁華的地段,其要求往往較高。此外,山洞式式立體停車庫的自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng),是其與其他車庫之間一個(gè)較大的區(qū)別,正是由于山洞式立體停車庫有自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng),所以才能能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)車輛的自動(dòng)存取,其耗時(shí)非常少。而車庫的自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng),也是值得我們?nèi)ズ煤醚芯考案倪M(jìn)的一個(gè)領(lǐng)域。山洞式立體停車庫的主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)有:土地面積使用率高、施工周期短、車輛存取方便且耗時(shí)少、對(duì)周圍環(huán)境影響小、選址靈活等優(yōu)點(diǎn),也有其自身的缺點(diǎn)。如造價(jià)成本較高、施工難度相對(duì)較大等,因而在一定程度上,也限制了立體車庫的發(fā)展,因而,山洞式立體車庫的發(fā)展前景雖然較好,但仍然存在一些問題值得研究。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the automobile industry, the number of domestic car ownership continues to increase, which exacerbates the contradiction between the shortage of parking spaces and the increasing number of cars. Although traditional parking spaces (such as ground parking, elevated parking and general underground parking) can to some extent alleviate the problem of parking difficulties, each of them has its own disadvantages. Therefore, people began to explore more suitable for the current form of parking, cave parking is produced in such a large environment. Based on the case study of a cave type three-dimensional garage in Chongqing, the paper compares the utilization ratio of land, construction period, the degree of difficulty of vehicle access and access, the cost and so on between the cave parking garage and other general garages. It is concluded that the cave parking garage can be used in small parking area because of its good lithology and large number of vehicles. The finite element software ANSYS is used to simulate the stress state of the lining of the cave parking garage under the three conditions of 0.6 m ~ 0.8 m ~ (-1) 0. 4 m in turn, and the relationship between displacement, deformation and stress value is obtained. The results can be used for reference in practical engineering. In the design of the auxiliary structure of the cave parking garage, it is mainly expounded from three aspects: fire prevention, ventilation and smoke exhaust, and power supply. From this, we can see that the attached structure design of the three-dimensional garage is obviously different from that of other buildings or structures, because the cave type three-dimensional garage is built below the surface of the earth. And is located in the more prosperous areas, its requirements are often higher. In addition, the automatic control system of the cave type three-dimensional parking garage is a big difference between it and other garages. It is precisely because of the automatic control system of the cave type three-dimensional parking garage that the automatic access to the vehicle can be realized. It takes very little time. And the garage automatic control system, is also worth us to study and improve a field. The main advantages of the cave parking garage are: high utilization rate of land area, short construction period, convenient and time-consuming vehicle access, small impact on the surrounding environment, flexible location and so on. It also has its own shortcomings. If the cost is high and the construction is relatively difficult, the development of the three-dimensional garage is limited to a certain extent. Therefore, although the development prospect of the cave three-dimensional garage is good, there are still some problems worth studying.
