基于Flowmaster平臺供水泵站穩(wěn)態(tài)運行仿真模擬

【摘要】:泵站建成運行管理往往需要了解水泵的實際運行工況,即了解水泵運行的工作點,管路系統(tǒng)尤為重要,管路模型有Colebrook-White、Hazen-Williams和固定系數(shù)3種,不同模型下計算結果不同,但相差不大。在長距離供水工程中,沿程水頭損失是引起壓降的主要因素,局部水頭損失可忽略不計。借助Flowmaster平臺對鄉(xiāng)寧供水工程組建網絡模型進行穩(wěn)態(tài)模擬,并對不同管道模型模擬結果進行比較,以期對Flowmaster平臺在供水泵站穩(wěn)態(tài)仿真模擬的應用提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The operation management of pump station often needs to know the actual operating condition of pump, that is, to know the working point of pump operation, and the pipeline system is especially important. There are three kinds of pipe model, Colebrook-White,Hazen-Williams and fixed coefficient, and the calculation results are different under different models. But there is little difference. In the long distance water supply project, the head loss along the course is the main factor causing the pressure drop, and the local head loss is negligible. The steady state simulation of the network model of Xiangning water supply project is carried out with the help of Flowmaster platform, and the simulation results of different pipeline models are compared in order to provide reference for the application of Flowmaster platform in the steady state simulation of water supply pump station.
