【摘要】：從2007年開始福建省各級政府加大了保障性住房建設(shè)力度,“十二五”期間(2010年-2015年)是福建省保障性住房建設(shè)的高速發(fā)展期。在此背景下本文研究的目的是在調(diào)查和梳理福建省保障性住房單體平面設(shè)計現(xiàn)狀及保障人群和國內(nèi)外保障性住房設(shè)計經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,提出保障性住房經(jīng)濟適用型單體平面設(shè)計的評價標(biāo)準、設(shè)計策略和方法；最后結(jié)合項目設(shè)計實踐探索障性住房經(jīng)濟適用型單體平面設(shè)計的方法與途徑。以期對福建省今后的保障性住房建設(shè)有借鑒價值。本研究主要分為四個部分：第一部分是對國內(nèi)外保障性住房單體平面設(shè)計案例與經(jīng)驗的考察,包括香港、新加坡、日本的案例與經(jīng)驗。第二部分是對福建省保障性住房建設(shè)與設(shè)計現(xiàn)狀及其存在問題的研究和保障人群的調(diào)查考察。第三部分為福建省障性住房經(jīng)濟適用型單體平面設(shè)計的策略與方法研究,通過節(jié)地、節(jié)能、節(jié)材、可持續(xù)性等目標(biāo)評價標(biāo)準的建立,探討相對應(yīng)的設(shè)計策略,結(jié)合實例研究提出“戶型平面模塊化”、“廚衛(wèi)設(shè)計定型化”、“戶內(nèi)分隔多樣化”、“單元平面多戶化”的設(shè)計策略。第四部分是項目設(shè)計實踐,通過實際項目設(shè)計探討保障性住房單體平面的經(jīng)濟性與適用性。
[Abstract]:Since 2007, Fujian governments at all levels have intensified the construction of affordable housing. The 12th Five-Year Plan period (2010-2015) is the period of rapid development of affordable housing construction in Fujian Province. Under this background, the purpose of this paper is to investigate and comb the current situation of the single plane design of the indemnificatory housing in Fujian Province, and the experience of protecting the crowd and the design of the indemnificatory housing at home and abroad. Put forward the evaluation standard, design strategy and method of the affordable housing economic and applicable single plane design; Finally, this paper explores the methods and approaches of the economic and applicable flat design of barrier housing in combination with project design practice. With a view to Fujian Province in the future construction of affordable housing has reference value. This research is mainly divided into four parts: the first part is a survey of the case and experience of the graphic design of affordable housing at home and abroad, including Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan. The second part is the research on the construction and design of affordable housing in Fujian Province and its existing problems. The third part is the research on the strategies and methods of economic and applicable flat design of barrier housing in Fujian Province. Through the establishment of the evaluation standards of land saving, energy saving, material saving and sustainability, the corresponding design strategies are discussed. The design strategies of "modularization of household plane", "design formalization of kitchen and bathroom", "diversity of indoor separation" and "multi-household unit plane" are put forward in this paper. The fourth part is the project design practice, through the actual project design discusses the supportable housing monomer plane economy and applicability.
