【摘要】：新市鎮(zhèn)是我國當前飛速發(fā)展的大城市進行空間拓展的一種重要方式。細究其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,盲目擴張背景下產(chǎn)生不少問題,借助TOD模式可以有效地進行解決。然而,怎樣通過TOD理念構(gòu)建新市鎮(zhèn)空間,現(xiàn)有的研究尚未涉及,這也正是本文進行研究的出發(fā)點。 本文主要分為四個部分,第一部分為一至三章,首先對本文研究背景、對象、現(xiàn)狀、意義以及方法進行了介紹,隨后對我國大城市周邊新市鎮(zhèn)進行了認知,最后則對TOD相關(guān)理念與實踐進行了說明。 第二部分為第四章,是本文理論建構(gòu)過程,從五個方面對新市鎮(zhèn)TOD空間模式的構(gòu)建原則和方法進行了闡述。 第三部分為第五章,屬于實證研究過程,通過對珠海北部TOD地區(qū)案例的分析,對以上構(gòu)建原則與方法進行了實證研究。 第四部分為結(jié)論與展望部分,總結(jié)本文研究的主要結(jié)論,提出本文的創(chuàng)新點,并指出下一步研究展望。 本文著眼于TOD模式,研究如何通過其構(gòu)建新市鎮(zhèn)空間,論文的創(chuàng)新點主要包括以下幾個方面： 首先,將新市鎮(zhèn)與新城區(qū)分開來,對其的規(guī)劃與建設(shè)方法進行了具體研究。 其次,提出了TOD模式是與新市鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展相契合的觀點。 再次,首次將TOD模式運用于整個新市鎮(zhèn)空間的構(gòu)建研究。 最后,提出了新市鎮(zhèn)TOD空間模式的五個組成部分：點——軸——面的空間生長模式、混合的土地利用模式、可滲透的路網(wǎng)、均享性的公共開放空間以及多元化的交通出行系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:The new town is an important way to expand the space of the rapidly developing big city in our country. Under the background of blind expansion, many problems can be solved with the help of TOD model. However, how to construct the new town space through the concept of TOD, the existing research has not been involved, which is the starting point of this study. This paper is mainly divided into four parts. The first part is one to three chapters. Firstly, the background, object, status, significance and methods of this paper are introduced, and then the cognition of the new towns around big cities in China is given. At last, the paper explains the concept and practice of TOD. The second part is the fourth chapter, which is the theoretical construction process of this paper, from five aspects of the new town TOD space model construction principles and methods are expounded. The third part is the fifth chapter, which belongs to the process of empirical research. Through the case analysis of TOD area in the north of Zhuhai, the above construction principles and methods are studied empirically. The fourth part is the conclusion and prospect part, summarizes the main conclusions of this paper, puts forward the innovation of this paper, and points out the future research prospects. This paper focuses on the TOD model and studies how to construct the new town space through it. The innovation of this paper mainly includes the following aspects: firstly, the new town and the new town are distinguished, and the planning and construction methods are studied concretely. Secondly, this paper points out that the TOD model is consistent with the development of new towns. Thirdly, the TOD model is applied to the construction of the whole new town space for the first time. Finally, five components of the new town TOD spatial model are proposed: the point-axis-plane spatial growth model, the mixed land use model, the permeable road network, the shared public open space and the diversified transportation travel system.
