變室內(nèi)溫度變頻多聯(lián)機系統(tǒng)性能仿真研究

【摘要】:近年來變頻多聯(lián)機空調(diào)系統(tǒng)在小型公建及住宅建筑中得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。但是變頻多聯(lián)機系統(tǒng)非常復(fù)雜,受到室內(nèi)外環(huán)境、配管長度等很多因素的影響。其中有關(guān)室內(nèi)溫度對變頻多聯(lián)機系統(tǒng)性能影響的研究并不充分,本文通過建立變頻多聯(lián)機系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)仿真模型,對系統(tǒng)運行性能參數(shù)進(jìn)行模擬研究,,以期對變頻多聯(lián)機系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用做出指導(dǎo)。 本文以西安建筑科技大學(xué)環(huán)境與市政工程學(xué)院辦公樓的MDV變頻多聯(lián)式空調(diào)系統(tǒng)為研究對象,應(yīng)用MATLAB語言對制冷系統(tǒng)四大部件(變頻壓縮機、冷凝器、電子膨脹閥、蒸發(fā)器)建立數(shù)學(xué)仿真模型,基于各部件之間的耦合關(guān)系,模擬分析在制冷工況下,室內(nèi)溫度發(fā)生變化對系統(tǒng)能效比、耗功等性能參數(shù)的影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析合理設(shè)置空調(diào)房間溫度對節(jié)約能源的重要作用。本文所做工作如下: 1.變頻多聯(lián)機系統(tǒng)低負(fù)荷運行時,能效比隨著部分負(fù)荷率的增加而增大。本文在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制冷工況下,對部分負(fù)荷率分別為16%及24%的系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了模擬研究。結(jié)果表明當(dāng)部分負(fù)荷率由16%升高至24%時,系統(tǒng)能效比由2.06增大至2.11,增加了2.4%。 2.在部分負(fù)荷率一定的前提下,隨著室內(nèi)設(shè)定溫度的升高,系統(tǒng)耗功減小,實際制冷量減小,但系統(tǒng)能效比升高。本文在制冷工況下,當(dāng)系統(tǒng)在部分負(fù)荷率為16%下運行,室內(nèi)設(shè)定溫度由19℃升高至27℃時,變頻壓縮機耗功由4.2kW減小至2.8kW,系統(tǒng)實際制冷量由6.5kW減小至5.9kW,能效比由1.5升高至2.1。 3.在制冷工況下,當(dāng)系統(tǒng)在部分負(fù)荷率為24%下運行,其中一個房間設(shè)定溫度由19℃升高至27℃,另一個房間溫度保持27℃不變時,與部分負(fù)荷率為16%的運行系統(tǒng)相比,變頻壓縮機耗功由3.6kW增大至5.1kW,系統(tǒng)實際制冷量由6.2kW增加至10.3kW,系統(tǒng)能效比由1.8升高至2.1。 本文研究結(jié)果表明,室內(nèi)溫度對變頻多聯(lián)機系統(tǒng)性能有著重要的影響。室內(nèi)溫度過低,會使系統(tǒng)能效比降低,能耗增大,同時會影響人體熱舒適,夏季室內(nèi)溫度過低不益人體健康。因此希望通過本文研究能夠給家用空調(diào)以及公共建筑空調(diào)的使用提供指導(dǎo)和幫助。
[Abstract]:In recent years, frequency conversion multi-line air conditioning system has been widely used in small public buildings and residential buildings. But the frequency-conversion multi-line system is very complex, which is influenced by many factors, such as indoor and outdoor environment, pipe length and so on. The research on the effect of indoor temperature on the performance of frequency conversion multiline system is not sufficient. In this paper, the performance parameters of the system are simulated by establishing the mathematical simulation model of frequency conversion multiline system. The purpose of this paper is to guide the application of frequency conversion multi-line system. In this paper, the MDV variable frequency multiplex air conditioning system in the office building of the School of Environment and Municipal Engineering, Xi'an University of Architecture and Science and Technology is taken as the research object. The four parts of the refrigeration system (frequency conversion compressor, condenser, electronic expansion valve) are analyzed by MATLAB language. Based on the coupling relationship between the components, the influence of indoor temperature on the system energy efficiency ratio and power consumption is simulated and analyzed. On this basis, the paper analyzes the important role of reasonable setting of air-conditioning room temperature on energy conservation. The work of this paper is as follows: 1. The energy efficiency ratio increases with the increase of partial load rate in low load operation of frequency conversion multi-line system. In this paper, the system with partial load rate of 16% and 24% is simulated under the standard refrigeration condition. The results show that when the partial load rate increases from 16% to 24%, the system energy efficiency ratio increases from 2.06 to 2.11, an increase of 2.4 percent. On the premise of certain partial load rate, with the increase of indoor temperature, the power consumption of the system decreases, the actual cooling capacity decreases, but the energy efficiency ratio of the system increases.
