RHC集團營銷人員激勵機制研究
[Abstract]:With the convening of the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the policies related to accelerating economic development and speeding up the pace of reform and opening up have been issued one by one, and the process of urbanization has been further accelerated. RHC Group is in the leading position in the construction curtain wall industry in China. In the field of optoelectronic curtain wall, RHC company is also a pilot company, which has strong comprehensive strength in the related technology of energy-saving curtain wall, such as technology research and development, engineering design, manufacture and construction. As an enterprise based in Shenzhen and located in the Pearl River Delta economic belt, the RHC Group has risen rapidly in the industry due to such factors as the strength of the investment system reform of the coastal special zone government and the extent to which the policy frontier information and system benefit. However, due to the rapid expansion, the restructuring and reform of the company and the strategy of "wide distribution" of the marketing network are all constrained by the increasingly fierce market competition and the construction of high-quality talents. The competition in the market is also the competition of talents, the effect of incentive measures on the employees of the company's marketing team is not obvious, the disputes over the inter-regional management projects are incessant, the phenomenon of disassembling and robbing single is serious, and the employee satisfaction is low, etc. Seriously hindered the overall layout of enterprises and secondary take-off. How to build a scientific and practical incentive mechanism for marketers, what management measures are in line with the present situation of enterprises, how to stimulate the enthusiasm of marketers to carry out the work consciously, and then realize the development goals of the organization, so that the company can continue to maintain its leading position. Is in the company management team and the human resources manager in front of the urgent matter and the important topic. Based on the relevant incentive theory and performance management theory, this paper investigates and studies the incentive status of the marketers of RHC Company, and comprehensively analyzes the incentive mechanism to meet the needs of the marketers in RHC Group. This new incentive system is mainly designed according to the development of the company, for different levels of marketing personnel to improve incentives, design a diversified incentive mechanism, Some suggestions on how to ensure the correct implementation of the incentive mechanism are given. And other state-owned and private construction enterprises in the face of this kind of problems, can also be used for reference and inspiration.
