干混砂漿用原材料對砂漿性能影響的研究

【摘要】:干混砂漿是指由膠凝材料、細骨料、外加劑和摻合料等按一定比例進行混合而成的一種新型建筑砂漿,具有品質(zhì)穩(wěn)定、品種多樣、便于施工、綠色環(huán)保等方面的優(yōu)越性。本論文分析了干混砂漿用原材料的性能指標。研究了水泥性能與干混砂漿性能的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果表明:干混砂漿強度并不隨水泥強度增大而增大,而與水泥用量或粉料用量有關(guān);由于干混砂漿的干料粉率等因素的影響,使干混砂漿的用水量也并非隨水泥標準稠度用水量增多而增多,水泥初凝時間對干混砂漿凝結(jié)時間影響亦不呈規(guī)律性變化。提出了干混砂漿干料粉率的概念,并探討了影響干混砂漿干料粉率的因素。本論文對各類細骨料(黃砂、人工砂、再生砂)進行了顆粒級配分析,研究了各類細骨料細度模數(shù)對砂漿干料粉率的影響。通過研究干料粉率對干混砂漿用水量及稠度損失率的影響,篩選了干料粉率的合理范圍。分析了干混砂漿原材料摻量對干混砂漿的綜合性能的影響,提出了配制干混砂漿的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)參數(shù)為細度模數(shù)、干料粉率及砂漿用水量。 通過對砌筑砂漿和抹灰砂漿的試配試驗,,說明砌筑砂漿MH0630-13、MH0705-33和抹灰砂漿PH0730-25、PH0506-41的綜合性能具有一定的優(yōu)勢,分別可作為配制人工砌筑砂漿(或再生砌筑砂漿)DMM5、DMM7.5和人工抹灰砂漿(或再生抹灰砂漿)DPM5、DPM10的基準砂漿。以黃砂為基準,優(yōu)化設(shè)計了人工混合砂和再生混合砂的顆粒級配,研究了黃砂替代率分別為30%和50%混合砂對干混砂漿綜合性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,人工干混砌筑砂漿DMM5的黃砂最佳替代率為50%,人工干混抹灰砂漿DPM5的黃砂最佳替代率為30%。再生干混砂漿的綜合性能雖不及基準砂漿,但替代率為30%、50%所配制的再生干混砂漿均符合國家標準要求的干混砂漿性能指標。 在普通干混砂漿產(chǎn)品的推廣過程中,天然砂資源短缺、膠凝材料品種的選擇以及外加劑成本高等問題導(dǎo)致干混砂漿在原材料來源以及生產(chǎn)成本上明顯高于傳統(tǒng)砂漿,制約了建筑干混砂漿行業(yè)發(fā)展。因此,對其原材料的技術(shù)指標分析以及尋找河砂的替代材料(人工砂和再生砂)具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。通過研究原材料摻量及相關(guān)技術(shù)參數(shù)對不同品種干混砂漿性能的影響,有利于探索建筑工程砂漿品種的選擇,對干混砂漿的應(yīng)用市場具有廣泛前景。
[Abstract]:Dry mixing mortar is a new type of building mortar, which is composed of cementing material, fine aggregate, admixture and admixture according to certain proportion. It has the advantages of stable quality, variety, easy construction, green environmental protection and so on. The performance index of raw materials for dry mixing mortar is analyzed in this paper. The correlation between cement properties and dry mortar properties was studied. The results show that the strength of dry mixing mortar does not increase with the increase of cement strength, but is related to the content of cement or powder. The water consumption of dry-mixed mortar does not increase with the increase of the standard consistency of cement, and the influence of the initial setting time of cement on the setting time of dry mortar does not change regularly. The concept of dry mixing mortar dry powder ratio is put forward and the factors influencing dry mix mortar dry mix powder ratio are discussed. In this paper, the particle gradation analysis of various kinds of fine aggregate (yellow sand, artificial sand, recycled sand) was carried out, and the effect of fineness modulus of various fine aggregate on the dry powder ratio of mortar was studied. By studying the effect of dry powder ratio on water consumption and consistency loss rate of dry mixing mortar, the reasonable range of dry mix powder ratio was selected. The effect of raw material content of dry mixing mortar on the comprehensive properties of dry mixed mortar is analyzed. The key technical parameters of dry mixing mortar are fineness modulus, dry powder ratio and water consumption of mortar. Through the test of masonry mortar and plastering mortar, it is shown that the comprehensive properties of masonry mortar MH0630-13,MH0705-33 and plastering mortar PH0730-25,PH0506-41 have certain advantages. It can be used as the reference mortar for the preparation of artificial masonry mortar (or recycled masonry mortar) DMM5,DMM7.5 and artificial plastering mortar (or recycled plastering mortar) DPM5,DPM10 respectively. Based on yellow sand, the particle gradation of artificial mixed sand and recycled mixed sand was optimized, and the influence of 30% and 50% mixed sand on the comprehensive properties of dry mixed mortar was studied. The results show that the best replacement rate of yellow sand for DMM5 is 50 and that for DPM5 is 30. Although the comprehensive performance of recycled dry mixed mortar is not as good as that of reference mortar, the recycled dry mixed mortar prepared with a substitution rate of 30% and 50% conforms to the performance index of dry mixed mortar which is required by the national standard. In the process of popularizing ordinary dry mixing mortar products, the shortage of natural sand resources, the selection of cementitious materials and the high cost of admixtures lead to a higher raw material source and production cost of dry mixed mortar than that of traditional mortar. It restricts the development of building dry mixing mortar industry. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to analyze the technical indexes of raw materials and to find alternative materials (artificial sand and recycled sand) for river sand. By studying the effect of raw material content and related technical parameters on the properties of different kinds of dry mortar, it is helpful to explore the selection of building engineering mortar, and has a broad prospect for the application market of dry mixed mortar.
