某抗風(fēng)索直線型張弦梁屋蓋支座受損原因分析

【摘要】:以某抗風(fēng)索直線型張弦梁屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)為工程背景,綜合運(yùn)用病害調(diào)查、概念判斷和有限元分析相結(jié)合的研究手段,開展屋蓋支座受損原因分析。采用商業(yè)軟件ANSYS建立屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)的兩種整體有限元模型,分別開展施工合龍溫度(20℃)、夏季高溫(37℃)、冬季寒冷(-10℃)三種溫度工況下的受力性能分析,定量揭示溫度變化作用下支座水平反力和水平變形量的變化范圍。研究表明,支座受損的主要原因是由于張弦梁兩端均直接與預(yù)埋件焊接,限制了屋蓋體系的水平變形能力,溫度變化導(dǎo)致巨大的水平力作用所致。研究結(jié)論可為采取處理措施提供理論依據(jù),也可為后續(xù)同類工程設(shè)計(jì)、建造提供建議。
