國內(nèi)外綠色公共建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對比研究

【摘要】:公共建筑面積的迅速增加導(dǎo)致公共建筑能耗占民用建筑總能耗比例較大,成為能耗大戶。實(shí)施建設(shè)綠色公共建筑,不僅有利于提高城市人居環(huán)境質(zhì)量、緩解城市環(huán)境壓力、改善城市生態(tài)環(huán)境,對資源節(jié)約型和環(huán)境友好型社會的建設(shè)也具有重要意義。 本文借鑒國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)資料,深入研究國內(nèi)外典型綠色公共建筑評價體系,總結(jié)出我國綠色公共建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。為我國綠色公共建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的完善奠定一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。 首先,闡述綠色公共建筑的基本理論,并對綠色公共建筑的概念和內(nèi)涵加以解釋說明,簡要介紹國內(nèi)外綠色公共建筑評價體系的基本現(xiàn)狀。 其次,詳細(xì)論述國內(nèi)外典型綠色公共建筑評價體系,如英國的BREEAM體系、美國的LEED體系、加拿大的GBC體系、日本的CASBEE體系以及我國《綠色建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》。 再次,將我國綠色公共建筑評價體系評價對象、評價指標(biāo)和評價方法與國內(nèi)外標(biāo)準(zhǔn)比較,得出我國綠色公共建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的不足和優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 最后,以某公共建筑工程項(xiàng)目為例,運(yùn)用我國綠色公共建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對其進(jìn)行綠色技術(shù)分析,反應(yīng)我國評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的科學(xué)性和實(shí)用性,并總結(jié)我國綠色公共建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有待改進(jìn)之處。
[Abstract]:The rapid increase of public building area leads to a large proportion of energy consumption in civil buildings. The implementation of the construction of green public buildings is not only conducive to improving the quality of urban human settlements, relieving the pressure of urban environment, improving the urban ecological environment, but also of great significance to the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society. This paper studies the evaluation system of typical green public buildings at home and abroad, and summarizes the merits and demerits of the evaluation standards of green public buildings in China. It lays a certain theoretical foundation for the perfection of the evaluation standard of green public buildings in our country. First of all, the basic theory of green public building is expounded, and the concept and connotation of green public building are explained, and the basic status of the evaluation system of green public building at home and abroad is briefly introduced. Secondly, the evaluation system of typical green public buildings at home and abroad, such as BREEAM system in Britain, LEED system in the United States, GBC system in Canada, CASBEE system in Japan and China's "Green Building Evaluation Standard", are discussed in detail. Thirdly, the evaluation object, evaluation index and evaluation method of green public building evaluation system in China are compared with the domestic and foreign standards, and the shortcomings and advantages of the evaluation standard of green public building in China are obtained. Finally, taking a public building project as an example, the green technology analysis of green public building evaluation standard of our country is carried out, which reflects the scientific and practical nature of the evaluation standard in our country. And summarizes our country green public building appraisal standard to be improved place.
