以鐵尾礦砂為主要原料制備加氣混凝土的優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,礦產(chǎn)資源需求量大幅增加,尾礦排放量也逐年增加,由此帶來的環(huán)境問題越來越嚴(yán)重,尾礦的綜合利用也越來越受到更多人的重視。與此同時(shí),我國建筑行業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,對(duì)建筑材料的需求增長(zhǎng)很快,國家對(duì)于粘土磚的限制使用促使加氣混凝土等新型建筑材料的發(fā)展。 課題對(duì)鐵尾礦砂制備加氣混凝土進(jìn)行研究,主要對(duì)原料配比和工藝條件優(yōu)化選取進(jìn)行研究。 運(yùn)用正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)原料配比進(jìn)行組合設(shè)計(jì),制備出不同原料配比的加氣混凝土砌塊并檢測(cè)其抗壓強(qiáng)度和制品的絕干密度。運(yùn)用極差分析等分析各種因素對(duì)制品強(qiáng)度和密度的影響,并參照國標(biāo)要求,最終確定了鐵尾礦最大加入量,當(dāng)鐵尾礦砂加入量為62%,生石灰摻量25%,水泥用量10%,石膏加入量3%,鋁粉摻量0.1%,水料比為0.65時(shí),可制備出符合國標(biāo)A5.0,B07級(jí)加氣混凝土的要求的加氣混凝土制品。證明了用棒磨山鐵尾礦砂制備加氣混凝土的可行性,同時(shí)也為類似原料制備加氣混凝土制品的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)提供了依據(jù)。 其次,課題還進(jìn)行了工藝條件的優(yōu)化選取和驗(yàn)證。在鐵尾礦砂最大加入量的情況下,通過分別研究靜停養(yǎng)護(hù)溫度、靜停養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間、蒸壓養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間三種工藝條件對(duì)制品強(qiáng)度的影響,從中優(yōu)選出最優(yōu)工藝條件為:靜停養(yǎng)護(hù)溫度60℃,,靜停養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間4h,蒸壓養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間9h。此時(shí),加氣混凝土砌塊抗壓強(qiáng)度為5.28MPa,絕干密度682.4kg/m3,符合國標(biāo)A5.0,B07級(jí)加氣混凝土的要求。 試驗(yàn)最后對(duì)加氣混凝土進(jìn)行了XRD分析,更好地從微觀認(rèn)清反應(yīng)機(jī)理。 課題對(duì)鐵尾礦制備加氣混凝土研究有推動(dòng)意義,對(duì)于我國鐵尾礦的綜合利用,土地資源的保護(hù)以及環(huán)境的可持續(xù)發(fā)展有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the demand for mineral resources has increased significantly, and the tailings emissions have been increasing year by year, which brings more and more serious environmental problems, and the comprehensive utilization of tailings has been paid more and more attention by more and more people. At the same time, the construction industry in China is booming, the demand for building materials is growing rapidly, and the limited use of clay brick in our country promotes the development of new building materials such as aerated concrete. In this paper, the preparation of aerated concrete from iron tailings is studied. Based on the orthogonal experimental design, the aerated concrete blocks with different raw materials were prepared and the compressive strength and dry density of the products were measured. The influence of various factors on the strength and density of the product is analyzed by means of range analysis, and the maximum addition amount of iron tailings is finally determined according to the requirements of the national standard. When the amount of iron tailings is 62, quicklime is 25, cement is 10, gypsum is 3, aluminum powder is 0.1 and water / material ratio is 0.65, the aerated concrete products can be prepared according to the requirements of A5.0 B07 grade aerated concrete. It is proved that it is feasible to prepare aerated concrete from iron tailings of Rangmaoshan iron mine, and it also provides a basis for the industrial production of aerated concrete products made from similar raw materials. Secondly, the process conditions are optimized and verified. In the case of the maximum addition of iron tailings, the effects of three technological conditions on the strength of the products were studied, such as the curing temperature of static stop, the curing time of static stop and the curing time of autoclaving.
