【摘要】：根據(jù)國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn),如果一個國家或地區(qū)年齡超過65歲的人口占人口總數(shù)的7%以上,或是超過60歲的人口占總?cè)丝跀?shù)量的10%以上時,就開始進(jìn)入老齡化社會。根據(jù)中國的人口統(tǒng)計調(diào)查顯示,我國超過60歲的人口達(dá)到了1.45億,已經(jīng)超過人口總數(shù)的11.2%,是全世界老年人口最多的國家,而且每年都在以3%的速度持續(xù)增長,我國已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了老齡化社會。 隨著全世界養(yǎng)老事業(yè)的發(fā)展以及我國對養(yǎng)老事業(yè)的重視,我國的老年公寓的發(fā)展進(jìn)程也在逐步加快,也有一些新型老年公寓也在開始興建,但是目前還達(dá)不到我國老年人的養(yǎng)老需求。由于我國居民生活水平和文化水平的逐步提高,人們除了物質(zhì)追求之外,精神追求也顯得越來越重要,所以僅僅是一個作為棲身之地的養(yǎng)老院已經(jīng)不能完全滿足老年人的養(yǎng)老需求。多數(shù)老年人在退休以后,并不滿足于吃穿不愁的生活狀態(tài),他們更喜歡做一些自己感興趣的事,而且老年人有著豐富的社會經(jīng)驗(yàn)和工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),這些老年人往往是自己所處領(lǐng)域的佼佼者,他們并不甘于成為社會的“累贅”,他們更希望自己能夠老有所為,體現(xiàn)自我價值,發(fā)揮余熱,繼續(xù)為社會貢獻(xiàn)力量。所以就需要有一種新型的老年公寓,技能滿足日常的生活需求,又能為老年人提供可以用來創(chuàng)作、研究和工作的場所,就類似于近些年興起的SOHO式的工作模式,這種生活與工作的方式更加的自由,能夠根據(jù)自己的喜好和需求選擇適合自己的工作,自由的安排自己的時間、不受發(fā)展空間的制約,這些正適合這些老年人的養(yǎng)老需求。 但是這樣的養(yǎng)老場所就需要有更加完善的功能配置,除了需要新的管理模式之外,還需要有相應(yīng)的更加人性化的空間設(shè)計。必須針對老年人的生理特征、心理特征和行為特征進(jìn)行合理化的空間設(shè)計,只有這樣才能使SOHO式老年公寓得以實(shí)現(xiàn)并發(fā)展壯大。
[Abstract]:According to international standards, if a country or region over the age of 65 years old population accounted for more than 7% of the population, or over 60 years old population accounted for more than 10% of the total population, the beginning of an aging society. According to China's demographic survey, China's population over 60 years old has reached 145 million, which has exceeded 11.2 percent of the total population. It is the largest country in the world with the elderly population, and it continues to grow at a rate of 3 percent each year. China has entered an aging society. With the development of old-age service all over the world and the importance our country attaches to the old-age service, the development process of the apartment for the aged in our country is also speeding up step by step, and some new apartments for the aged are also beginning to be built. But at present still can not reach our country old person's endowment demand. Due to the gradual improvement of the living standards and cultural level of our country's residents, in addition to the material pursuit, the spiritual pursuit has become more and more important. So just a nursing home as a shelter can no longer fully meet the needs of the elderly. After retirement, most elderly people are not satisfied with the state of life without worrying about food and clothing. They prefer to do things that are of interest to them, and they have rich social and work experience. These elderly people are often the best in their own field, they are not willing to become the "burden" of society, they want to be able to do something, reflect their own value, play the remaining heat, and continue to contribute to the society. So there's a need for a new type of apartment for the elderly, with skills to meet their daily needs, and places where older people can create, research and work, similar to the Soho work model that has emerged in recent years. This way of life and work is more free, according to their own preferences and needs to choose their own work, free to arrange their own time, not restricted by the development of space, these are suitable for these elderly people's needs for the aged. However, such a place for the aged needs to have a more complete functional configuration, in addition to the need for a new management model, but also need to have the corresponding more humane space design. It is necessary to rationalize the space design for the physical, psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly, so that the Soho apartment for the aged can be realized and developed.
