【摘要】：作為一種分析城市空間的方法，空間句法已經(jīng)被廣泛運(yùn)用到城市規(guī)劃研究當(dāng)中，它不同于以往的定性分析方法，而是以研究空間本質(zhì)為基礎(chǔ)，通過(guò)構(gòu)建城市空間模型的方法對(duì)空間各物質(zhì)要素進(jìn)行量化描述，達(dá)到研究空間中各要素之間相互聯(lián)系的目的。 本文基于空間句法理論，運(yùn)用定量分析的方法對(duì)鄭州市鄭東新區(qū)空間發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究，選取空間句法理論中與城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系最為密切的句法參數(shù)：發(fā)展集成核、全局集成度、局部集成度和空間智能度四要素，運(yùn)用空間句法分析軟件Dethmap對(duì)鄭東新區(qū)兩個(gè)時(shí)期城市軸線地圖進(jìn)行研究。通過(guò)對(duì)鄭東新區(qū)兩個(gè)時(shí)期空間句法參數(shù)變化分析，得出空間復(fù)雜性增強(qiáng)，全局集成核擴(kuò)大，空間可達(dá)性降低，城市智能度降低四個(gè)主要變化趨勢(shì)。揭示這個(gè)時(shí)期鄭東新區(qū)空間發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出四個(gè)方面的問(wèn)題，即空間發(fā)展方向與內(nèi)在發(fā)展方向不符，主城區(qū)與外圍組團(tuán)交通可達(dá)性較弱，外圍組團(tuán)疏解主城區(qū)功能的能力不突出，，局部區(qū)域與主城區(qū)空間關(guān)聯(lián)度下降。 在對(duì)鄭東新區(qū)兩個(gè)時(shí)期空間句法實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了鄭東新區(qū)未來(lái)發(fā)展的優(yōu)化策略：即建立非均衡性的發(fā)展結(jié)構(gòu)；構(gòu)建軌道交通的公共交通體系；明確重點(diǎn)建設(shè)區(qū)域；提升局部與整體空間關(guān)聯(lián)性的策略，對(duì)鄭東新區(qū)未來(lái)的發(fā)展具有一定的引導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:As a method of analyzing urban space, space syntax has been widely used in the study of urban planning. It is different from the previous qualitative analysis methods, but based on the study of the nature of space and quantifies the elements of space by constructing the urban spatial model to achieve the phase of each element in the study space. The purpose of the interconnected department.
Based on the spatial syntax theory, this paper uses quantitative analysis method to study the spatial development of Zheng Dong New Area in Zhengzhou, and select the most closely related syntactic parameters in the space syntactic theory with the urban spatial structure: the development of integrated core, global integration, local integration and spatial intelligence four elements, using the spatial syntax analysis software Det Hmap studies the city axis map of the two period of Zheng Dong new area. Through the analysis of the spatial syntactic parameters in the two periods of the new area of Zheng Dong, it is concluded that the spatial complexity is enhanced, the global integration kernel is expanded, the spatial accessibility is reduced, and the urban intelligence is reduced by four main changes. The space development of Zheng Dong New Area in this period is four. On the other hand, the direction of space development is incompatible with the direction of internal development. The traffic accessibility of the main urban areas and the peripheral groups is weak. The ability of the peripheral groups to remove the function of the main city is not outstanding, and the spatial correlation between the local area and the main city is decreased.
On the basis of the empirical study of space syntax in the two periods of Zheng Dong new area, the optimization strategy for the future development of the new area of Zheng Dong is put forward, that is to establish a non balanced development structure, build a public transportation system for rail transit, clear the key construction area, and improve the strategy of the local and the overall spatial relevance to the future of the New District of Zheng Dong. The exhibition has a certain guiding role.
