基于BIM的大型施工項(xiàng)目管理技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,信息化產(chǎn)業(yè)逐漸以不同的形式滲入到各個(gè)行業(yè)當(dāng)中。對(duì)于建筑業(yè)來(lái)講,目前最熱門的當(dāng)屬建筑信息模型Building Information Modeling(BIM)技術(shù)在建筑業(yè)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的綜合應(yīng)用。雖然BIM技術(shù)被應(yīng)用于建筑業(yè)幾個(gè)方面:建筑設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、機(jī)電設(shè)計(jì)、文檔管理、成本估算、施工管理、可視化等,但是各個(gè)專業(yè)利用BIM相關(guān)建模軟件創(chuàng)建的各自專業(yè)模型之間的共享存在一定的障礙,因此本文在BIM基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)大型施工項(xiàng)目管理進(jìn)行論證,使得項(xiàng)目各個(gè)階段的信息傳遞更加有效,更好地控制項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度和成本,確保項(xiàng)目決策快速準(zhǔn)確地執(zhí)行。首先,論文利用BIM結(jié)構(gòu)建模軟件Revit Structure完成結(jié)構(gòu)主體建模;其次,在3D模型基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用Navisworks Manage軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)從的3D模型到施工階段4D模型的無(wú)縫對(duì)接;最后,通過(guò)模型提取各個(gè)專業(yè)的實(shí)物工程量,引入綜合進(jìn)展率,將BIM技術(shù)引入項(xiàng)目里程碑計(jì)劃進(jìn)度控制,查看作業(yè)完成時(shí)間,預(yù)計(jì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度是否與計(jì)劃目標(biāo)一致,從而達(dá)到事前控制的目的,使業(yè)主在對(duì)項(xiàng)目整體把控上一目了然。為了更準(zhǔn)確的測(cè)定和衡量建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際進(jìn)展情況,進(jìn)行有效動(dòng)態(tài)成本控制,在4D模型基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用贏得值分析方法,通過(guò)對(duì)比分析計(jì)劃完成工作的預(yù)算成本(BCWS)、已完成工作的預(yù)算成本(BCWP)、已完成工作的實(shí)際成本(ACWP)三個(gè)基本參數(shù),得到每個(gè)月的進(jìn)度偏差和費(fèi)用偏差,分析進(jìn)度、成本與目標(biāo)期望之間的差異,將綜合進(jìn)展率和進(jìn)度績(jī)效指數(shù)結(jié)合起來(lái),分析項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度情況,有效衡量建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度績(jī)效、成本支出狀況,從而判斷項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際執(zhí)行效果。本文針對(duì)西安某國(guó)際中心項(xiàng)目案例,研究利用BIM技術(shù)來(lái)對(duì)大型施工項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行管理,從根本上解決傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目管理方法的弊端,提高了工程項(xiàng)目管理者的管理水平。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern science and technology, information industry has gradually penetrated into various industries in different forms. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the most popular technology in the construction industry. Although BIM technology is used in several aspects of the construction industry: architectural design, structural design, electromechanical design, document management, cost estimation, construction management, visualization, etc. However, there are some obstacles in the sharing of professional models created by each major using BIM related modeling software, so this paper demonstrates the management of large-scale construction projects on the basis of BIM. It makes the information transmission of each stage of the project more effective, better control the progress and cost of the project, and ensure that the project decision is carried out quickly and accurately. Firstly, the paper uses the BIM structure modeling software Revit structure to complete the modeling of the structure body. Secondly, on the basis of 3D model, using Navisworks manage software to realize the seamless docking from 3D model to 4D model in construction stage. Through the model to extract the physical engineering quantity of each specialty, introduce the comprehensive progress rate, introduce the BIM technology into the progress control of the project milestone plan, check the completion time of the work, and predict whether the project progress is consistent with the planned goal. In order to achieve the purpose of prior control, owners in the overall control of the project at a glance. In order to measure and measure the actual progress of the construction project more accurately and to carry out effective dynamic cost control, the method of earning value analysis is used on the basis of 4D model. By comparing and analyzing the three basic parameters of the budget cost (BCWS), the budget cost (BCWP) of the completed work and the actual cost (ACWP) of the completed work, the monthly schedule deviation and the cost deviation are obtained, and the progress of the work is analyzed. The difference between cost and target expectation combines the comprehensive progress rate with the progress performance index, analyzes the progress of the project, effectively measures the progress performance and cost expenditure of the construction project, and judges the actual implementation effect of the project. Based on the case of an international center project in Xi'an, this paper studies the application of BIM technology to the management of large construction projects, which fundamentally solves the disadvantages of traditional project management methods and improves the management level of project managers.
