【摘要】：我國以往高校校園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)定性研究較多，也有少量針對(duì)校園交通和公共空間的使用后評(píng)價(jià)研究。新建大學(xué)校園在不斷建成，以往的失誤應(yīng)得到及時(shí)糾正，避免重復(fù)出現(xiàn)。校園規(guī)劃使用后評(píng)價(jià)的研究正是解決此問題的方法。高校校園規(guī)劃理論和實(shí)踐是否存在差距，設(shè)計(jì)師的“專業(yè)眼光”與普通使用者的評(píng)價(jià)之間是否存在差異，需要使用后評(píng)價(jià)研究進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。 本研究采用質(zhì)化和量化相結(jié)合的研究方法，通過測(cè)量、軟件分析、數(shù)理分析等方法，以廣州地區(qū)高校為例，探討高校校園規(guī)劃滿意度評(píng)價(jià)之間的差異，并進(jìn)行主客觀評(píng)價(jià)之間的比較，對(duì)感性的校園規(guī)劃評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行量化研究，為定性判斷提供輔助性依據(jù)，以發(fā)掘不同規(guī)劃形態(tài)的校園之間的差別，以及新老校園之間的差距，進(jìn)而探討從滿足使用者需求角度出發(fā)的校園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)原則。 在對(duì)校園規(guī)劃的使用后評(píng)價(jià)歷史發(fā)展和國內(nèi)外已有研究成果進(jìn)行梳理綜述的基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)近年專家提出的關(guān)于大學(xué)校園規(guī)劃的關(guān)鍵問題，包括校園選址和資源共享、校園用地規(guī)模、校園開放空間與景觀意象、校園空間形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)、校園智能生態(tài)規(guī)劃等方面。 首先，對(duì)廣州三所高校進(jìn)行探索性調(diào)研，發(fā)掘?qū)W生對(duì)校園規(guī)劃的關(guān)注點(diǎn)和現(xiàn)有校園規(guī)劃中可能出現(xiàn)的問題，采用開放式問卷和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)問卷兩種方法，初步總結(jié)出校園規(guī)劃滿意度評(píng)價(jià)的評(píng)價(jià)因子。 其次，選擇國內(nèi)典型校園進(jìn)行主觀滿意度和舒適度評(píng)價(jià)，采用三輪問卷調(diào)查法采集數(shù)據(jù)，并嘗試概括性問題和細(xì)分式問題兩種不同方式的問卷調(diào)查的比較。分析被調(diào)查人身份、性別與年齡對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果的影響。采用因子分析法，得出校園規(guī)劃學(xué)生滿意度評(píng)價(jià)體系因子及其權(quán)重。采用聚類分析，比較各評(píng)價(jià)因子的優(yōu)劣和總體滿意度評(píng)價(jià)，對(duì)被調(diào)研高校校區(qū)進(jìn)行分類，找出可能影響滿意度評(píng)價(jià)的關(guān)鍵因素，為焦點(diǎn)性問題研究提供線索。 然后，選擇校園規(guī)劃中的幾個(gè)焦點(diǎn)問題進(jìn)行深入研究。 通過對(duì)廣州大學(xué)城高校之間的橫向?qū)Ρ�，以及各高校新老校區(qū)的對(duì)比研究，分析高校校園選址對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和生活的影響，多個(gè)校區(qū)對(duì)高校師生相互之間交流的影響。調(diào)查大學(xué)城高校校際交流與資源共享滿意度評(píng)價(jià)，得出大學(xué)城共享性實(shí)施效果一般。 分析國內(nèi)外高校用地面積規(guī)�，F(xiàn)狀，對(duì)以往校園規(guī)劃各類規(guī)范進(jìn)行解讀，收集廣東地區(qū)高校規(guī)模數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行GIS軟件分析，以了解廣東地區(qū)高校用地和校舍資源分布狀況。通過調(diào)查學(xué)生對(duì)校園用地規(guī)模的滿意度和舒適度評(píng)價(jià)，將收集到的主觀評(píng)價(jià)數(shù)據(jù)與對(duì)應(yīng)高校的校園總用地和生均用地規(guī)模數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行相關(guān)與回歸分析，模擬出滿意度與生均用地面積、舒適度與總用地面積的回歸曲線，進(jìn)而提出校園用地規(guī)模指標(biāo)極限區(qū)間。 對(duì)高校學(xué)生日常生活作息情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查，討論高校校園內(nèi)外需要增加的功能設(shè)施。通過交通距離和時(shí)間調(diào)查，發(fā)掘校園功能布局的合理性、交通系統(tǒng)的便捷性與校園主要功能區(qū)域距離之間的關(guān)系，得出合理間距數(shù)值。 從開放空間形態(tài)、交通組織方式、建筑形體組合等幾種不同角度對(duì)高校校園規(guī)劃空間形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行分類。選擇國內(nèi)外典型高校進(jìn)行形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)分析，對(duì)各種類型的高校形態(tài)進(jìn)行簡化，將典型的案例進(jìn)行空間句法分析，進(jìn)行主要數(shù)據(jù)比較。將主觀評(píng)價(jià)與客觀數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行匹配分析，探討不同校園規(guī)劃形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)類型與主觀評(píng)價(jià)之間的關(guān)系，以及形態(tài)對(duì)空間感知的影響。 采用空間句法分析法對(duì)典型高校校園空間構(gòu)形進(jìn)行整合度、連接度等變量數(shù)值分析，探討不同形式的校園空間形態(tài)表現(xiàn)出的不同空間感受特點(diǎn)及其對(duì)使用者感知的影響。運(yùn)用認(rèn)知地圖法采集校園意象性景觀節(jié)點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)，并繪制校園意象圖，分析校園景觀意象生成的特點(diǎn)。將校園意象圖與校園道路整合度分布圖進(jìn)行疊合，進(jìn)行回歸分析，得出空間構(gòu)形與認(rèn)知意象之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性。采用半開放性問卷進(jìn)行校園公共活動(dòng)與公共空間設(shè)計(jì)初步量化研究。進(jìn)而提煉出校園景觀意象生成要素，為進(jìn)一步的校園文化探索提供研究基礎(chǔ)。 根據(jù)信息化技術(shù)發(fā)展方向，結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查得出的高校信息化智能系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀問題和需求特點(diǎn)，討論高校信息化智能系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。總結(jié)生態(tài)校園規(guī)劃的特點(diǎn)，通過半開放性調(diào)查問卷結(jié)果，整理出廣州地區(qū)高校生態(tài)節(jié)能措施的實(shí)施狀況，并總結(jié)綠色校園規(guī)劃生態(tài)節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)原則。 最后，總結(jié)出高校校園規(guī)劃學(xué)生滿意度評(píng)價(jià)體系及各因子的重要性程度分析，為該研究領(lǐng)域提供了使用后評(píng)價(jià)量化指標(biāo)。針對(duì)各評(píng)價(jià)因子進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)問題探討，提出有利于提高高校校園規(guī)劃滿意度評(píng)價(jià)的校園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)原則，從滿足使用者需求的角度對(duì)現(xiàn)有高校校園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)原理進(jìn)行了補(bǔ)充，，為校園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐提供指引。
[Abstract]:There is a lot of qualitative research on the evaluation of campus planning and design in our country , and a small amount of post - use evaluation research on campus transportation and public space . The new college campus is continuously constructed , and the past mistakes should be corrected in time to avoid repetition . The research on the post - use evaluation of campus planning is the way to solve this problem .

Based on the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis , this paper discusses the difference between the evaluation of campus planning satisfaction through the methods of measurement , software analysis and mathematical analysis .

This paper summarizes the key problems of university campus planning , including campus location and resource sharing , campus land size , campus open space and landscape image , campus space form design , campus intelligent ecological planning and so on .

First of all , exploratory research is carried out to three universities in Guangzhou to explore the possible problems of students ' concerns about campus planning and existing campus planning , and the evaluation factors of the evaluation of campus planning satisfaction are preliminarily summarized by using the two methods of open questionnaire and standard questionnaire .

Secondly , choose the typical campus to carry on subjective satisfaction and comfort evaluation , adopt the three - wheel questionnaire method to collect the data , and try to summarize the influence of the survey results of the person ' s identity , sex and age .

Then , select several focus problems in campus planning .

This paper analyzes the present situation of land area in colleges and universities at home and abroad , interprets the existing norms of campus planning , and collects the data of university scale in Guangdong area for GIS software analysis , so as to find out the distribution of college land and school buildings in Guangdong area . By investigating students ' satisfaction and comfort evaluation on campus land scale , the author compares the collected subjective evaluation data with the data of total land use and land use scale data in colleges and universities , simulates the regression curve between satisfaction degree and average land area , comfort level and total land area , and then puts forward the limit interval of campus land use scale index .

This paper investigates the daily life of college students and discusses the function facilities that need to be increased both inside and outside the campus . Through the investigation of distance and time , the rationality of the campus function layout , the convenience of the traffic system and the distance between the main functional areas of the campus are explored , and the reasonable spacing value is obtained .

This paper classifies the spatial forms of campus planning in colleges and universities from several different angles , such as open space form , traffic organization mode , building form combination and so on .

In this paper , the spatial patterns of campus are analyzed by means of spatial syntax analysis , and the characteristics of different spatial feelings and their influence on user perception are discussed . The image of campus is analyzed by using cognitive map method , and the relationship between spatial configuration and cognitive image is analyzed .

According to the development direction of information technology , the development trend of the information intelligent system in colleges and universities is discussed based on the present situation and demand characteristics of the information intelligent system in colleges and universities . The characteristics of ecological campus planning are summarized . The implementation status of eco - saving measures in universities in Guangzhou area is summarized through semi - open questionnaire results , and the principle of ecological energy saving design for green campus planning is summarized .

Finally , the paper summarizes the evaluation system of college campus planning students ' satisfaction and the importance degree of each factor , and provides the research field with the quantitative index of post - use evaluation .
