【摘要】:隨著國(guó)內(nèi)購(gòu)物中心項(xiàng)目的不斷涌現(xiàn),同質(zhì)化購(gòu)物中心不斷增加,在此背景下購(gòu)物中心差異化設(shè)計(jì)就顯得尤為重要。無(wú)錫英特宜家購(gòu)物中心是江蘇省無(wú)錫市的重要購(gòu)物、娛樂(lè)、休閑、體驗(yàn)的綜合性商業(yè)項(xiàng)目,作為宜家集團(tuán)在中國(guó)開(kāi)發(fā)的第一個(gè)購(gòu)物中心項(xiàng)目,無(wú)錫英特宜家購(gòu)物中心項(xiàng)目融入了純正的北歐文化,在整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中的各個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)方面有較多的新穎性嘗試。本文圍繞無(wú)錫英特宜家購(gòu)物中心的全程設(shè)計(jì)和評(píng)價(jià),通過(guò)對(duì)無(wú)錫英特宜家購(gòu)物中心的總體設(shè)計(jì)、單體設(shè)計(jì)、流線分析等,結(jié)合購(gòu)物中心與宜家家居的關(guān)系,并通過(guò)項(xiàng)目后評(píng)估的印證,探討購(gòu)物中心建筑設(shè)計(jì)的理論與方法。全文共分六個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章分析研究購(gòu)物中心項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展歷程,購(gòu)物中心發(fā)展所面臨的問(wèn)題,由此提出本課題的研究目的、研究方法、研究意義,研究框架及最新研究動(dòng)態(tài)。第二章分析無(wú)錫英特宜家購(gòu)物中心概念設(shè)計(jì),剖析項(xiàng)目概念階段的構(gòu)思方法與手段。第三章分析無(wú)錫英特宜家購(gòu)物中心的方案設(shè)計(jì),從總體設(shè)計(jì)、單體設(shè)計(jì)、流線分析等方面,探討整個(gè)項(xiàng)目在方案設(shè)計(jì)階段的設(shè)計(jì)方法與策略。第四章分析無(wú)錫英特宜家購(gòu)物中心開(kāi)業(yè)后,從顧客、施工、租戶、運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)等多個(gè)角度通過(guò)調(diào)研、分析、整理對(duì)購(gòu)物中心設(shè)計(jì)理論與方法加以印證。第五章比較無(wú)錫英特宜家購(gòu)物中心與作者所實(shí)踐的其他購(gòu)物中心項(xiàng)目在設(shè)計(jì)理念、設(shè)計(jì)方法的差異。第六章是全文總結(jié)和結(jié)束語(yǔ)
[Abstract]:With the continuous emergence of domestic shopping center projects, homogenization shopping center is increasing, under this background, the design of shopping center differentiation is particularly important. Wuxi Ikea Shopping Center is an important shopping, entertainment, leisure and experience comprehensive commercial project in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. It is the first shopping center project developed by Ikea Group in China. Wuxi Ikea shopping center project integrates the pure Nordic culture, in the whole design process in the various professional aspects of more innovative attempts. Based on the whole design and evaluation of Ikea shopping center in Wuxi, this paper combines the relationship between the shopping center and IKEA through the overall design, single design, streamline analysis and so on. The theory and method of shopping center architectural design are discussed through the verification of post-project evaluation. The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter analyzes the development course of shopping center project and the problems facing the development of shopping center, and puts forward the research purpose, research method, research significance, research framework and the latest research trends. The second chapter analyzes the conceptual design of Wuxi Ikea shopping center, and analyzes the conception methods and means of the conceptual stage of the project. The third chapter analyzes the project design of Wuxi Ikea shopping center, discusses the design method and strategy of the whole project in the project design stage from the aspects of overall design, single design, streamline analysis and so on. The fourth chapter analyzes the Wuxi Ikea shopping center after opening, from the customer, construction, tenants, operation and maintenance and other aspects of research, analysis, sorting out the shopping center design theory and methods to verify. Chapter five compares the differences between Wuxi Ikea Shopping Center and other shopping center projects in design concept and design method. Chapter six is the summary and conclusion
