基于樁間鎖扣摩擦分析的鋼板樁剛度特性研究

【摘要】:近些年來,鋼板樁作為一種柔性支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu),被廣泛的應(yīng)用于基坑支護(hù)、橋梁圍堰、港口碼頭等項(xiàng)目中,它具有施工方便、強(qiáng)度高、可重復(fù)利用等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。鋼板樁主要是靠鎖扣之間連接,連續(xù)成墻形成一個整體結(jié)構(gòu),其樁墻主要受彎,相當(dāng)于異型截面的組合梁。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),鋼板樁鎖扣在實(shí)際工作中會發(fā)生滑移,這就導(dǎo)致鋼板樁的剛度達(dá)不到理想樁墻的剛度,這種現(xiàn)象被稱為“折減效應(yīng)”。鋼板樁鎖扣之間依靠摩擦力的作用傳遞剪力,摩擦力的大小隨鋼板樁的變形而發(fā)生改變,這就導(dǎo)致了鋼板樁的力學(xué)特性呈非線性。在目前的鋼板樁工程設(shè)計(jì)中,鋼板樁在實(shí)際工作中的準(zhǔn)確剛度難以確定,無法準(zhǔn)確計(jì)算鋼板樁的實(shí)際變形,給鋼板樁支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)帶來了困難。 首先,本文主要依據(jù)鋼板樁的截面特點(diǎn),以組合梁的理論討論了鋼板樁剛度非線性變化的原因,得出了鋼板樁剛度隨中性軸移動而變化的規(guī)律。 然后,本文利用有限元軟件建立鋼板樁接觸摩擦計(jì)算模型,,得到了不同變形狀態(tài)下鋼板樁的剛度,并分析了鋼板樁剛度隨曲率變化的特點(diǎn),同時討論了樁間摩擦力改變對剛度的影響規(guī)律。此外,對鋼板樁剛度變化曲線進(jìn)行分析,得出了鋼板樁剛度成長度和曲率之間的關(guān)系。 最后,通過對鋼板樁剛度變化曲線的擬合,得出了根據(jù)鋼板樁曲率確定其剛度方法。同時,給出了鋼板樁剛度和中性軸位置隨彎矩的變化曲線,即可根據(jù)鋼板樁所受荷載確定其剛度和中性軸位置,從而為鋼板樁位移和應(yīng)力的計(jì)算提供了較為合理可靠的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as a flexible supporting structure, steel sheet pile has been widely used in foundation pit support, bridge cofferdam, port wharf and other projects, it has the advantages of easy construction, high strength, reusable and so on. The steel sheet pile is mainly connected by locking buckles and forms a whole structure with continuous wall forming. The pile wall is mainly bent and is equivalent to the composite beam with special-section. It is found that the locking of steel plate pile will slip in practice, which leads to the stiffness of steel plate pile can not reach the stiffness of ideal pile wall. This phenomenon is called "reduction effect". Shear force is transmitted by friction between lock buckles of steel plate pile. The magnitude of friction force changes with the deformation of steel plate pile, which leads to the nonlinear mechanical properties of steel plate pile. In the present steel plate pile engineering design, it is difficult to determine the exact stiffness of the plate pile in the actual work, which can not accurately calculate the actual deformation of the steel plate pile, which brings difficulties to the design of the steel plate pile supporting structure. Firstly, according to the cross-section characteristics of steel plate pile, the paper discusses the reason of the nonlinear change of steel plate pile stiffness based on the theory of composite beam, and obtains the rule that the steel plate pile stiffness changes with neutral axis. Then, the contact friction calculation model of steel plate pile is established by using finite element software, and the stiffness of steel plate pile under different deformation state is obtained, and the characteristics of steel plate pile stiffness with curvature are analyzed. At the same time, the influence of friction between piles on stiffness is discussed. In addition, the relationship between stiffness growth degree and curvature of steel plate pile is obtained by analyzing the stiffness variation curve of steel plate pile. Finally, by fitting the stiffness curve of steel plate pile, the stiffness method is obtained according to the curvature of steel plate pile. At the same time, the curve of stiffness and neutral axis position with bending moment of steel plate pile is given. The stiffness and neutral axis position of steel plate pile can be determined according to the load, which provides a reasonable and reliable basis for the calculation of displacement and stress of steel plate pile.
