凈零能耗住宅建筑在中國發(fā)展的可行性研究

【摘要】:為應對能源危機、環(huán)境惡化以及全球氣候變暖等越來越嚴峻的環(huán)境形勢,在尋求可替代常規(guī)化石燃料的同時,如何走中國特色的可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路成為社會熱點問題。隨著我國經(jīng)濟的蓬勃發(fā)展以及城鎮(zhèn)化的快速進程,我國對能源的需求量將長期并持續(xù)增長,其中與建筑相關的能源消耗占我國社會總能源消耗的30%左右,如何減少建筑用能、降低二氧化碳等溫室氣體排放是現(xiàn)今建筑行業(yè)亟需解決的課題。因此,被動式建筑與凈零能耗建筑受到了廣泛關注。本文通過對國內(nèi)外凈零能耗建筑的分析和調(diào)研、總結(jié)國內(nèi)外能源政策、可再生能源利用以及建筑節(jié)能技術,結(jié)合我國的基本國情、用能特點及建筑形式,研究凈零能耗住宅建筑在我國發(fā)展的可行性。研究過程中建立了以北京為代表的寒冷地區(qū)、以上海為代表的夏熱冬冷地區(qū)以及以深圳為代表的夏熱冬暖地區(qū)的住宅建筑模型,通過將被動式節(jié)能技術和主動式技術相結(jié)合,配合太陽能光伏發(fā)電,模擬不同氣候分區(qū)住宅建筑實現(xiàn)凈零能耗的可行性。最后通過對我國近年來愈加嚴重的霧霾天氣進行分析,得到我國住宅建筑在霧霾天氣下發(fā)展凈零能耗的可行性并得到如下結(jié)論:(1)在不考慮霧霾因素的情況下,對于寒冷地區(qū),最高層數(shù)為9層的住宅建筑可以達到凈零能耗建筑的要求;對于夏熱冬冷地區(qū)和夏熱冬暖地區(qū),最高層數(shù)為7層的住宅建筑可以達到凈零能耗的要求。(2)若考慮霧霾的影響,則對于寒冷地區(qū)最高層數(shù)為7層的住宅建筑可以達到凈零能耗的要求;而對于夏熱冬冷和夏熱冬暖地區(qū),最高層數(shù)為5層的住宅建筑可以達到凈零能耗的要求。
[Abstract]:In order to deal with the energy crisis, environmental deterioration and global warming and other increasingly severe environmental situation, how to take the path of sustainable development with Chinese characteristics has become a hot issue in society while looking for a substitute for conventional fossil fuels. With the vigorous development of our economy and the rapid process of urbanization, the demand for energy in our country will increase for a long time and continuously. Among them, the energy consumption related to construction accounts for about 30% of the total energy consumption in our country. Reducing greenhouse gas emissions such as carbon dioxide is an urgent task for the construction industry. Therefore, passive buildings and net zero energy consumption buildings have received extensive attention. Through the analysis and investigation of the net zero energy consumption building at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign energy policy, renewable energy utilization and building energy saving technology, combined with the basic situation of our country, energy use characteristics and building form. This paper studies the feasibility of the development of net zero energy consumption residential buildings in China. In the course of the research, the residential building models of the cold regions, such as Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, are established, which combine passive energy saving technology with active technology. With solar photovoltaic power generation, the feasibility of achieving zero energy consumption in residential buildings with different climate zones is simulated. Finally, by analyzing the increasingly serious smog weather in China in recent years, the feasibility of developing net zero energy consumption of residential buildings in smog weather is obtained. The conclusions are as follows: (1) in cold regions, without considering the factors of smog, the feasibility of developing net energy consumption in residential buildings under smog weather is obtained. For residential buildings with a maximum of 9 storeys, the requirements of net zero energy consumption can be achieved; for residential buildings with a maximum of 7 stories in hot summer and cold winter and hot summer and warm winter areas, the requirement of net zero energy consumption can be achieved. (2) if the influence of smog is considered, For the residential buildings with the highest level of 7 stories in cold regions, the requirements of net zero energy consumption can be achieved, while for residential buildings with the highest level of 5 stories in hot summer and cold winter and warm summer and warm winter, the requirements of net zero energy consumption can be achieved.
