【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,大型復(fù)雜項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)越來(lái)越多。近年來(lái),高支模系統(tǒng)在建筑行業(yè)中得到了越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用。但是高支模系統(tǒng)本身兼具多樣性、復(fù)雜性和高危性的特點(diǎn),因而高支模體系在結(jié)構(gòu)施工過(guò)程中的受力分析具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值。本文首先對(duì)懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)高支撐架體關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。以渡江戰(zhàn)役紀(jì)念館為實(shí)例,對(duì)工況一、二、三、四大梁下的型鋼進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定性驗(yàn)算以及對(duì)懸挑梁高支撐架體進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬分析。分析懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)高支撐架體的穩(wěn)定性能和受力的基本情況。本文再對(duì)大跨度梁高支撐架體的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。依舊以渡江戰(zhàn)役館為實(shí)例,對(duì)其進(jìn)行了穩(wěn)定性驗(yàn)算以及數(shù)值模擬分析。分析大跨度梁高支撐架體的穩(wěn)定性能和整體受力性能。本文最后概述了渡江戰(zhàn)役紀(jì)念館的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)方案。分別探討了懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)高支撐架體和大跨度梁高支撐架體施工監(jiān)測(cè)的原理和方法并進(jìn)行施工全過(guò)程的模擬分析。在施工監(jiān)測(cè)過(guò)程中對(duì)關(guān)鍵部位重點(diǎn)監(jiān)控,將監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果與模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證了采用數(shù)值模擬方法對(duì)施工過(guò)程中各構(gòu)件受力狀態(tài)進(jìn)行模擬的可行性和在施工過(guò)程中進(jìn)行施工監(jiān)測(cè)的重要性。通過(guò)本文的研究,可進(jìn)一步了解高支模系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性能和受力性能,為今后類似結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)行提供設(shè)計(jì)的參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our national economy, the construction of large complex projects is more and more. In recent years, high-support formwork system has been more and more widely used in the construction industry. However, the high-supported formwork system itself has the characteristics of diversity, complexity and high risk, so the analysis of the stress of the high-supported formwork system in the construction process of the structure has important theoretical significance and practical value. In this paper, the key technology of high-braced frame with cantilever structure is studied. Taking the Memorial Hall of the Battle of the Dujiang River as an example, the stability of section steel under the first, second, third and four-beam conditions and the numerical simulation analysis of the high support frame of the cantilever beam are carried out. This paper analyzes the stability performance and the basic condition of the high bracing frame of the cantilever structure. In this paper, the key technology of long-span beam-high support frame is studied. The stability check and numerical simulation analysis are carried out with the example of Dujiang Battle Hall. The stability and overall mechanical behavior of long span beam and high support frame are analyzed. In the end, the site monitoring scheme of the Memorial Hall of the Battle of the River crossing is summarized. The principle and method of construction monitoring of high support frame and long span beam high support frame of cantilever structure are discussed respectively and the simulation analysis of the whole construction process is carried out. In the process of construction monitoring, the key parts are monitored, and the results of monitoring and simulation are compared and analyzed. The feasibility of using numerical simulation method to simulate the stress state of each member during construction and the importance of construction monitoring during construction are verified. Through the research in this paper, we can further understand the stability and mechanical performance of the high support die system, and provide a reference for the design of similar structures in the future.
