【摘要】:利用高溫爐對00Cr17Ni14Mo2不銹鋼開展了一系列高溫下的穩(wěn)態(tài)拉伸試驗(yàn)、瞬態(tài)拉伸試驗(yàn)和蠕變試驗(yàn),測得了不銹鋼在不同高溫溫度下的彈性模量、屈服強(qiáng)度、極限強(qiáng)度、極限應(yīng)變、伸長率和蠕變應(yīng)變.利用MATLAB軟件對00Cr17Ni14Mo2不銹鋼各力學(xué)性能(彈性模量、屈服強(qiáng)度、極限強(qiáng)度、極限應(yīng)變、伸長率)與溫度關(guān)系曲線和蠕變曲線進(jìn)行了擬合.結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)應(yīng)力水平為0.2fu(fu為不銹鋼常溫極限強(qiáng)度)時(shí),00Cr17Ni14Mo2不銹鋼在較高溫度(600℃)下的短期蠕變應(yīng)變相當(dāng)明顯,在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)抗火計(jì)算時(shí)應(yīng)考慮短期蠕變應(yīng)變對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)響應(yīng)的影響.所建立的00Cr17Ni14Mo2不銹鋼各力學(xué)性能與溫度關(guān)系方程均能較好地?cái)M合試驗(yàn)結(jié)果.
[Abstract]:A series of steady tensile tests, transient tensile tests and creep tests were carried out on 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 stainless steel at high temperature. The elastic modulus, yield strength and ultimate strain of stainless steel at different temperature were measured. Elongation and creep strain. The mechanical properties (elastic modulus, yield strength, ultimate strain, elongation) of 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 stainless steel were fitted with temperature and creep curves by MATLAB software.
