【摘要】:伴隨著中國經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展和逐漸提高的生活水平,在社會總能耗中,建筑能耗所占的比例越來越高,據(jù)統(tǒng)計,人類從自然界所獲得的50%以上的物質原料用來建造各類建筑及其附屬設施,這些建筑在建造與使用過程中消耗了全球能源的50%左右;同時作為發(fā)展中國家,處于經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代化的進程中,必須要協(xié)調好能源利用與保護環(huán)境的關系,堅持以人為本和可持續(xù)發(fā)展觀,最大化的實現(xiàn)資源集約利用。 建筑的節(jié)能設計,需要對氣候,包括風、光、雨,對地形、地貌等一切地方特質的把握,但是當今建筑的復雜程度已經(jīng)大大超過了僅憑建筑師主觀判斷或者經(jīng)驗就可以把握的程度,這就需要憑借先進的計算機技術進行復雜的數(shù)據(jù)計算和實時的動態(tài)模擬,來進行建筑物初步的能耗分析,實現(xiàn)建筑的綠色節(jié)能設計。 而整合了大量建筑信息的BIM技術很好的實現(xiàn)了這一點,給設計師提供了一個良好的輔助設計工具。“BIM軟件平臺—數(shù)據(jù)格式—專業(yè)分析軟件”構成了BIM技術在建筑能耗和環(huán)境領域綜合應用的基本模型。通過相應的BIM應用軟件,創(chuàng)建簡單的建筑信息模型,建筑師隨時可以方便地對設計方案進行建筑物能耗性能分析,得到的分析結果可以幫助建筑師對方案作出合理的調整,更好的實現(xiàn)節(jié)能。而本文正是以這一不同角度的設計思維、設計過程展開對建筑的節(jié)能設計研究。 本文基于BIM技術的建筑能耗分析在設計初期的應用為研究方向,從建筑的規(guī)劃與設計出發(fā),以建筑設計初期的能耗分析為研究理論基礎,結合場地氣候、地形特征,建筑本身的設計,探討B(tài)IM技術在建筑節(jié)能設計中適宜、科學、合理的設計方法。首先,論文介紹了BIM技術的發(fā)展及其在建筑能耗模擬中的應用,其次分析了傳統(tǒng)建筑能耗分析的流程和存在的問題,并結合BIM建筑能耗分析的方法,總結出BIM能耗分析技術在建筑設計早期階段的應用研究的優(yōu)勢,并通過BIM技術在建筑方案初期輔助節(jié)能設計中的策略研究,提出這個階段能耗分析的目的在于設計方案前后的比較,均以能耗分析的結果為依據(jù),從真正意義上構建節(jié)能建筑。 最后,以重慶市第二中級人民法院審判法庭用房擴建設計為實際案例進行實踐應用研究,從而論證利用BIM能耗分析技術進行可持續(xù)設計的可行性。通過BIM技術輔助建筑的節(jié)能設計,旨在以BIM作為技術手段,以建筑節(jié)能設計作為目標,展現(xiàn)BIM技術如何在建筑設計階段支持實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)設計。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the gradual improvement of living standards, the proportion of building energy consumption in the total social energy consumption is increasing. According to statistics, More than 50 percent of the material that man gets from nature is used to build buildings and their ancillary facilities, which consume about 50 percent of the world's energy in the process of construction and use; and as developing countries, In the process of rapid economic development and modernization, we must coordinate the relationship between energy utilization and environmental protection, adhere to the people-oriented and sustainable development concept, maximize the realization of intensive use of resources. It includes wind, light, rain, and all the local characteristics of the terrain and landform, but the complexity of today's architecture is much greater than the architect's subjective judgment or experience alone. This requires the use of advanced computer technology for complex data calculation and real-time dynamic simulation to carry out preliminary energy consumption analysis of buildings. To realize the green energy saving design of the building. And the BIM technology, which integrates a lot of building information, has done this very well. "BIM software platform-data format-professional analysis software" constitutes the basic model of BIM technology integrated application in the field of building energy consumption and environment. With the corresponding BIM application software, a simple building information model is created. The architect can easily analyze the building energy consumption performance of the design scheme at any time, and the analysis results can help the architect to make reasonable adjustments to the design scheme. Better energy saving. In this paper, based on the design thinking from different angles, the energy saving design of buildings is studied. The application of building energy consumption analysis based on BIM technology in the initial stage of design is the research direction, starting from the planning and design of buildings. Based on the energy consumption analysis in the early stage of architectural design, combined with site climate, terrain features and the design of architecture itself, this paper discusses the appropriate, scientific and reasonable design method of BIM technology in building energy saving design. Firstly, the paper introduces the development of BIM technology and its application in building energy consumption simulation. Secondly, it analyzes the flow and existing problems of traditional building energy consumption analysis, and combines the method of BIM building energy consumption analysis. This paper summarizes the advantages of BIM energy consumption analysis technology in the early stage of architectural design, and studies the strategy of BIM technology in the early stage of building energy saving design. It is put forward that the purpose of energy consumption analysis in this stage is to compare the energy consumption before and after the design. Based on the results of energy consumption analysis, the energy saving building is constructed in a real sense. Based on the practical case study of the expansion design of the trial court of Chongqing No. 2 Intermediate people's Court, the feasibility of using BIM energy consumption analysis technology to carry out sustainable design is demonstrated. The purpose of this paper is to show how BIM technology can support sustainable design in the stage of architectural design by using BIM technology as the technical means and taking building energy-saving design as the goal.
