【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),建筑施工行業(yè)經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)“野蠻生長(zhǎng)”的高速發(fā)展時(shí)期,其項(xiàng)目管理水平也經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)從粗放到規(guī)范的過(guò)程。如今,當(dāng)面臨著整個(gè)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入“第二季”,建筑施工企業(yè)再也不能簡(jiǎn)單地用規(guī)模獲得市場(chǎng),必須要樹立自身的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,而提高項(xiàng)目管理水平無(wú)疑是其中最重要的一環(huán)。本文在對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理中涉及的精細(xì)化管理的概念與內(nèi)涵、理論支撐、運(yùn)用等方面進(jìn)行歸納研究基礎(chǔ)上,明確提出精細(xì)化管理本質(zhì)上是一個(gè)觀念的創(chuàng)新,是對(duì)現(xiàn)有管理的改進(jìn)。華西十二建要結(jié)合施工項(xiàng)目管理的基本流程和特殊性,深刻認(rèn)識(shí)項(xiàng)目管理水平提升對(duì)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)乃至轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的促進(jìn)和推動(dòng)作用。在比較細(xì)致地研究目前華西十二建項(xiàng)目精細(xì)化管理體系的著眼點(diǎn)、構(gòu)成細(xì)節(jié)和實(shí)施過(guò)程,比如施工組織精細(xì)化管理、施工質(zhì)量精細(xì)化管理、施工安全精細(xì)化管理、成本控制精細(xì)化管理等環(huán)節(jié)以及施工部署策劃、材料與經(jīng)濟(jì)策劃、工程成本及預(yù)算的策劃、企業(yè)形象策劃等基礎(chǔ)之上,才能更好地為精細(xì)化管理中存在的諸如基礎(chǔ)還不夠牢固、內(nèi)容還不夠全面、手段還比較落后等問(wèn)題找到出路。未來(lái),華西十二建應(yīng)當(dāng)選擇什么樣的轉(zhuǎn)型方向,本文提出隨著項(xiàng)目成熟度的不斷提高,通過(guò)管理效率的提升達(dá)到提高企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的目的,應(yīng)當(dāng)嘗試向著精益建造方向發(fā)展。精益化管理是項(xiàng)目管理成熟的最高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和最好體現(xiàn),這是一個(gè)盡量消除所有可能的浪費(fèi),將“無(wú)效”的時(shí)間、產(chǎn)出,變?yōu)椤坝行А钡臅r(shí)間、產(chǎn)出,追求建筑施工企業(yè)利潤(rùn)的最大化的理想。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the construction industry has experienced a period of rapid development of "savage growth", and its project management level has also experienced a process from extensive to standard. Now, as the entire national economy enters the "second quarter," construction enterprises can no longer simply acquire the market with scale, and must set up their own core competitiveness. Improving the level of project management is undoubtedly the most important one. On the basis of the research on the concept and connotation, theoretical support and application of the fine management involved in project management, this paper clearly points out that fine management is essentially an innovation of concept and an improvement to the existing management. According to the basic process and particularity of construction project management in West China, it is necessary to deeply understand the promotion and promotion of project management level to the growth of enterprises and even the development of transformation. In a more detailed study of the focus of the current meticulous management system of the 12 construction projects in West China, the details and the implementation process, such as fine management of construction organization, fine management of construction quality, fine management of construction safety, Only on the basis of detailed cost control and management, construction planning, material and economic planning, engineering cost and budget planning, enterprise image planning, and so on, can the foundation of fine management such as the foundation be not strong enough. Content is not comprehensive enough, the means are still relatively backward and other problems to find a way out. In the future, Western China Twelve Construction should choose what kind of transformation direction. This paper proposes that with the continuous improvement of project maturity, we should try to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises through the improvement of management efficiency, and should try to develop towards lean construction. Lean management is the highest standard and best representation of project management maturity, which is a way to eliminate all possible waste and turn "ineffective" time, output, into "effective" time, output, Pursue the ideal of maximizing the profits of construction enterprises.
