【摘要】：以某輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋面鋼梁斷裂事故為例,分析事故原因,指出屋面鋼梁焊接質(zhì)量不滿足規(guī)范要求是鋼梁斷裂的直接原因;結(jié)構(gòu)體系不合理、鋼梁截面尺寸偏小、結(jié)構(gòu)承載力不滿足規(guī)范要求是鋼梁斷裂的根本原因。
[Abstract]:Taking the fracture accident of a light steel roof steel beam as an example, this paper analyzes the cause of the accident, and points out that the direct reason of steel beam fracture is that the welding quality of roof steel beam does not meet the requirements of the code, and the structure system is unreasonable and the section size of steel beam is small. The failure of structural bearing capacity to meet the requirements of the code is the fundamental reason for the fracture of steel beams.
