【摘要】:隨著計算機信息技術在建筑領域中的應用不斷普及,建筑信息模型(BIM)已經(jīng)成為建筑行業(yè)先進且實用的技術,在工程建設領域發(fā)揮著重要的作用。BIM(Building Information Modeling)是“建筑信息模型”的簡稱,早在上世紀70年代,Chuck Eastman提出了對建筑物進行智能模擬的計算機系統(tǒng),并稱之為“building description system”。BIM包含了豐富的數(shù)據(jù),是面向?qū)ο蟮膮?shù)化和智能化的建筑設施數(shù)字模擬系統(tǒng)。BIM技術使用建筑構(gòu)件在計算機空間搭建工程設施的數(shù)字模型,而這些建筑構(gòu)件是來自于BIM內(nèi)容庫(BIM Content Library)。BIM內(nèi)容庫是一個展示BIM技術、服務客戶和聯(lián)系制造商的平臺,是用來對建筑信息模型中的構(gòu)件(在Revit軟件中稱為族文件)信息進行存儲和管理的數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)。BIM內(nèi)容庫的應用,可以提高設計效率,避免設計錯誤,減少誤差,使設計更加便捷,數(shù)據(jù)更加準確。由于目前被廣泛應用的BIM建模軟件的自有內(nèi)容庫資源有限,并且一些內(nèi)容庫的構(gòu)件/族文件不完全符合我國建筑設計的要求,因此,BIM內(nèi)容庫的建設對推進BIM技術在建筑行業(yè)廣泛應用有著重要的意義。雖然國內(nèi)外學者對BIM技術做了很多的研究,但對于BIM內(nèi)容庫的組織和建設的研究卻很少。針對BIM內(nèi)容庫發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,本文結(jié)合國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的BIM內(nèi)容庫網(wǎng)站以及其他庫類網(wǎng)站,對BIM內(nèi)容庫的組織結(jié)構(gòu)展開相關研究。運用信息構(gòu)建理論,對BIM內(nèi)容庫組織結(jié)構(gòu)中的組織系統(tǒng)、導航系統(tǒng)、標識系統(tǒng)、檢索系統(tǒng)及其他系統(tǒng)進行研究。根據(jù)實際調(diào)查和文獻研究,建立BIM內(nèi)容庫組織結(jié)構(gòu)體系,運用層次分析法對組織結(jié)構(gòu)體系進行評價,結(jié)合用戶需求和BIM內(nèi)容庫建立原則,尋找出最優(yōu)的BIM內(nèi)容庫組織結(jié)構(gòu),更好的對BIM構(gòu)件信息進行管理,幫助用戶更加方便、快捷的查找BIM構(gòu)件,為BIM內(nèi)容庫網(wǎng)站的建立提供理論基礎,從而對工程建設領域的知識進行管理。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of computer information technology in the field of architecture, BIMM has become an advanced and practical technology in the construction industry. BIM Building Information Modeling is the abbreviation of "Building Information Model". As early as 1970s, Chuck Eastman put forward a computer system for intelligent simulation of buildings. It is called "building description system". BIM contains abundant data. It is an object-oriented parameterized and intelligent digital simulation system for building facilities. BIM uses building components to build digital models of engineering facilities in computer space. And these building elements come from the BIM content library, the BIM Content Library).BIM content library, a platform that showcases BIM technology, serves customers and contacts manufacturers. The application of data system. BIM content library, which is used to store and manage the information of components in building information model (referred to as family file in Revit software), can improve design efficiency, avoid design errors, reduce errors, and make design more convenient. The data are more accurate. Because of the limited resources of the BIM modeling software, and some of the components / family files of the content library do not fully meet the requirements of architectural design in China. Therefore, the construction of BIM content library is of great significance to promote the wide application of BIM technology in the construction industry. Although scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on BIM technology, there is little research on the organization and construction of BIM content library. In view of the development of BIM content library, this paper studies the organization structure of BIM content library by combining the existing BIM content library websites and other library websites at home and abroad. Based on the theory of information construction, the organization system, navigation system, identification system, retrieval system and other systems in the organization structure of BIM content database are studied. According to the actual investigation and the literature research, the organization structure system of BIM content library is established, and the organization structure system is evaluated by AHP, and the optimal organization structure of BIM content library is found according to the principle of user demand and BIM content library establishment. Better management of BIM component information, help users to find BIM components more conveniently and quickly, for the establishment of BIM content library website to provide a theoretical basis for the management of knowledge in the field of engineering construction.
