【摘要】:隨著計(jì)算機(jī)信息技術(shù)在建筑領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用不斷普及,建筑信息模型(BIM)已經(jīng)成為建筑行業(yè)先進(jìn)且實(shí)用的技術(shù),在工程建設(shè)領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮著重要的作用。BIM(Building Information Modeling)是“建筑信息模型”的簡(jiǎn)稱,早在上世紀(jì)70年代,Chuck Eastman提出了對(duì)建筑物進(jìn)行智能模擬的計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng),并稱之為“building description system”。BIM包含了豐富的數(shù)據(jù),是面向?qū)ο蟮膮?shù)化和智能化的建筑設(shè)施數(shù)字模擬系統(tǒng)。BIM技術(shù)使用建筑構(gòu)件在計(jì)算機(jī)空間搭建工程設(shè)施的數(shù)字模型,而這些建筑構(gòu)件是來(lái)自于BIM內(nèi)容庫(kù)(BIM Content Library)。BIM內(nèi)容庫(kù)是一個(gè)展示BIM技術(shù)、服務(wù)客戶和聯(lián)系制造商的平臺(tái),是用來(lái)對(duì)建筑信息模型中的構(gòu)件(在Revit軟件中稱為族文件)信息進(jìn)行存儲(chǔ)和管理的數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)。BIM內(nèi)容庫(kù)的應(yīng)用,可以提高設(shè)計(jì)效率,避免設(shè)計(jì)錯(cuò)誤,減少誤差,使設(shè)計(jì)更加便捷,數(shù)據(jù)更加準(zhǔn)確。由于目前被廣泛應(yīng)用的BIM建模軟件的自有內(nèi)容庫(kù)資源有限,并且一些內(nèi)容庫(kù)的構(gòu)件/族文件不完全符合我國(guó)建筑設(shè)計(jì)的要求,因此,BIM內(nèi)容庫(kù)的建設(shè)對(duì)推進(jìn)BIM技術(shù)在建筑行業(yè)廣泛應(yīng)用有著重要的意義。雖然國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)BIM技術(shù)做了很多的研究,但對(duì)于BIM內(nèi)容庫(kù)的組織和建設(shè)的研究卻很少。針對(duì)BIM內(nèi)容庫(kù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,本文結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的BIM內(nèi)容庫(kù)網(wǎng)站以及其他庫(kù)類網(wǎng)站,對(duì)BIM內(nèi)容庫(kù)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)展開(kāi)相關(guān)研究。運(yùn)用信息構(gòu)建理論,對(duì)BIM內(nèi)容庫(kù)組織結(jié)構(gòu)中的組織系統(tǒng)、導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)、標(biāo)識(shí)系統(tǒng)、檢索系統(tǒng)及其他系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究。根據(jù)實(shí)際調(diào)查和文獻(xiàn)研究,建立BIM內(nèi)容庫(kù)組織結(jié)構(gòu)體系,運(yùn)用層次分析法對(duì)組織結(jié)構(gòu)體系進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)合用戶需求和BIM內(nèi)容庫(kù)建立原則,尋找出最優(yōu)的BIM內(nèi)容庫(kù)組織結(jié)構(gòu),更好的對(duì)BIM構(gòu)件信息進(jìn)行管理,幫助用戶更加方便、快捷的查找BIM構(gòu)件,為BIM內(nèi)容庫(kù)網(wǎng)站的建立提供理論基礎(chǔ),從而對(duì)工程建設(shè)領(lǐng)域的知識(shí)進(jìn)行管理。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of computer information technology in the field of architecture, BIMM has become an advanced and practical technology in the construction industry. BIM Building Information Modeling is the abbreviation of "Building Information Model". As early as 1970s, Chuck Eastman put forward a computer system for intelligent simulation of buildings. It is called "building description system". BIM contains abundant data. It is an object-oriented parameterized and intelligent digital simulation system for building facilities. BIM uses building components to build digital models of engineering facilities in computer space. And these building elements come from the BIM content library, the BIM Content Library).BIM content library, a platform that showcases BIM technology, serves customers and contacts manufacturers. The application of data system. BIM content library, which is used to store and manage the information of components in building information model (referred to as family file in Revit software), can improve design efficiency, avoid design errors, reduce errors, and make design more convenient. The data are more accurate. Because of the limited resources of the BIM modeling software, and some of the components / family files of the content library do not fully meet the requirements of architectural design in China. Therefore, the construction of BIM content library is of great significance to promote the wide application of BIM technology in the construction industry. Although scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on BIM technology, there is little research on the organization and construction of BIM content library. In view of the development of BIM content library, this paper studies the organization structure of BIM content library by combining the existing BIM content library websites and other library websites at home and abroad. Based on the theory of information construction, the organization system, navigation system, identification system, retrieval system and other systems in the organization structure of BIM content database are studied. According to the actual investigation and the literature research, the organization structure system of BIM content library is established, and the organization structure system is evaluated by AHP, and the optimal organization structure of BIM content library is found according to the principle of user demand and BIM content library establishment. Better management of BIM component information, help users to find BIM components more conveniently and quickly, for the establishment of BIM content library website to provide a theoretical basis for the management of knowledge in the field of engineering construction.
