【摘要】：近年來，蘇南地區(qū)觀光農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速，觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園建設(shè)如火如荼，特別是在城市附近，出現(xiàn)了一大批以休閑度假為主題的都市觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園，，較好地滿足了都市居民近距離欣賞蘇南獨特的田園風光，體驗農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)和農(nóng)村生活的需要，促進了蘇南地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展。但是，都市觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園在我國尚屬新生事物，缺乏成熟的設(shè)計理論和設(shè)計方法，不可避免地存在一些問題，如農(nóng)業(yè)園規(guī)劃設(shè)計不合理，影響功能發(fā)揮，導(dǎo)致效益低下，農(nóng)業(yè)園不能可持續(xù)發(fā)展等。因此，亟待深入研究這一類型的都市觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園，總結(jié)相應(yīng)的設(shè)計理論和設(shè)計方法以指導(dǎo)蘇南地區(qū)都市農(nóng)業(yè)園朝著更加合理、高效、可持續(xù)的方向發(fā)展。 本文針對蘇南地區(qū)都市休閑度假型觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園的設(shè)計方法進行研究探討。第一章講述研究背景、目的和意義，以及課題研究的創(chuàng)新之處；第二章界定都市觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園相關(guān)概念，探討國內(nèi)外都市觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園發(fā)展概況；第三章介紹都市農(nóng)業(yè)園設(shè)計的理論依據(jù)——生態(tài)學(xué)理論、都市農(nóng)業(yè)理論、經(jīng)濟學(xué)理論、旅游學(xué)理論、風景園林學(xué)理論；第四章研究蘇南地區(qū)都市休閑度假型觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園規(guī)劃設(shè)計的背景、原則、目標、手法、設(shè)計內(nèi)容和方法；最后一章以南京龍墩湖都市觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園為例，介紹項目背景、設(shè)計原則和目標、理念、功能布局和分區(qū)設(shè)計以及專項設(shè)計、后期項目經(jīng)營，以期驗證設(shè)計方法的可行性，從而為蘇南地區(qū)都市休閑度假型觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園的設(shè)計實踐提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, tourism agriculture in southern Jiangsu has developed rapidly, and the construction of tourist agricultural parks has been in full swing. Especially in the vicinity of cities, a large number of urban tourist agricultural parks with the theme of leisure and vacation have emerged. It can better meet the needs of urban residents to enjoy the unique pastoral scenery of southern Jiangsu at close range, to experience agricultural production and rural life, and to promote the economic and social development of southern Jiangsu. However, the urban sightseeing agricultural park is still a new thing in our country, lacking mature design theory and design method, there are inevitably some problems, such as the unreasonable planning and design of the agricultural garden, which affects the exertion of the function, and results in low efficiency. Agricultural garden can not be sustainable development and so on. Therefore, it is urgent to deeply study this type of urban sightseeing agricultural park and summarize the corresponding design theory and design method to guide the development of urban agricultural park in southern Jiangsu towards a more reasonable, efficient and sustainable direction. In this paper, the design method of urban leisure-vacation agriculture garden in southern Jiangsu is studied. The first chapter describes the background, purpose and significance of the research, as well as the innovation of the subject, the second chapter defines the concept of urban tourism agricultural park, discusses the development of urban tourism agricultural park at home and abroad. The third chapter introduces the theoretical basis of urban agricultural park design-ecological theory, urban agriculture theory, economic theory, tourism theory, landscape architecture theory; The fourth chapter studies the background, principles, objectives, techniques, design contents and methods of the planning and design of the urban leisure and vacation agriculture park in southern Jiangsu. The last chapter introduces the background of the project with the example of the city tourism agriculture park of Longdun lake in Nanjing, the last chapter takes the city tourism agriculture park of Longduhu city in Nanjing as an example Design principles and objectives, concepts, functional layout and zoning design, special design, late project management, in order to verify the feasibility of the design method, thus providing a reference for the design practice of the urban leisure tourism agricultural park in southern Jiangsu.
