【摘要】：近年來(lái)我國(guó)的建設(shè)事業(yè)飛速發(fā)展，建設(shè)規(guī)模也不斷擴(kuò)大，與此同時(shí)建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量就越來(lái)越被社會(huì)各界關(guān)注。要想使建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量得到很好地保障，建立合理的建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量政府監(jiān)督管理模式是很有必要的。實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量的有效監(jiān)管，能夠切實(shí)保證建設(shè)工程的質(zhì)量，這也是一個(gè)急需解決的問(wèn)題。目前我國(guó)在建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量政府監(jiān)督這條道路上正處于發(fā)展階段，存在著一定的不足，我們不僅要從自身找問(wèn)題，還應(yīng)該合理的借鑒和學(xué)習(xí)國(guó)外的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。我們不僅要了解我國(guó)在建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量政府監(jiān)督模式上的發(fā)展過(guò)程和不足之處，也要了解和分析國(guó)外的建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量政府監(jiān)督管理模式，，找到國(guó)外發(fā)展的不足和優(yōu)勢(shì)，通過(guò)比較，找出更加適合我國(guó)建設(shè)工程發(fā)展的方式方法，讓建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量在政府的監(jiān)督管理下更能得到保障。 本文不僅分析研究了國(guó)內(nèi)的建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量政府監(jiān)督管理的模式，還對(duì)國(guó)外的管理模式進(jìn)行了分析和研究。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量政府監(jiān)督管理模式的研究，找出了一些我國(guó)當(dāng)下的管理模式存在的不足之處，比如，執(zhí)法地位不能明確界定，信譽(yù)機(jī)制不夠完善，也就相應(yīng)的問(wèn)題提出了合理的建議和意見(jiàn)。希望在未來(lái)的發(fā)展道路上，我國(guó)的建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量政府監(jiān)督管理工作能夠更好的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction cause of our country develops rapidly, the construction scale also expands unceasingly, at the same time, the construction project quality is paid more and more attention by the society from all walks of life. In order to ensure the quality of construction project, it is necessary to establish a reasonable government supervision and management mode of construction project quality. It is also an urgent problem to realize the effective supervision of the quality of construction projects and ensure the quality of construction projects. At present, the government supervision of construction project quality in our country is in the stage of development, there are some shortcomings. We should not only look for problems from ourselves, but also learn from the successful experience of foreign countries reasonably. We should not only understand the development process and deficiencies in the government supervision mode of construction project quality in our country, but also understand and analyze the foreign government supervision and management mode of construction project quality, find out the shortcomings and advantages of foreign development, and compare it with each other. To find out more suitable ways and means for the development of construction projects in China, so that the quality of construction projects can be more guaranteed under the supervision and management of the government. This paper not only analyzes and studies the government supervision and management mode of construction project quality in China, but also analyzes and studies the foreign management mode. Through the research on the government supervision and management mode of construction project quality at home and abroad, we find out some shortcomings of the current management mode in our country, for example, the law enforcement status can not be clearly defined, the credit standing mechanism is not perfect, It also puts forward reasonable suggestions and opinions on the corresponding problems. It is hoped that the government supervision and management of construction project quality will develop better in the future.
