【摘要】:住宅建筑外部入口空間可識(shí)別性的一般含義,就是在同一個(gè)住宅小區(qū)內(nèi),在眾多住宅單元入口中,每個(gè)單元入口在整體協(xié)調(diào)一致的基礎(chǔ)上都有獨(dú)特的個(gè)性,居民能夠輕而易舉的發(fā)現(xiàn)和找到自己回家的樓棟單元入口或者找到朋友家的住宅單元入口。居住區(qū)內(nèi)的各樓棟單元入口之間應(yīng)該遵循總體協(xié)調(diào)一致的原則,在總體協(xié)調(diào)一致的原則下,局部稍作變化,體現(xiàn)一定的差異性,可識(shí)別性則隨之加強(qiáng)?勺R(shí)別性與我們生活中接觸的品牌產(chǎn)品類(lèi)似,品牌產(chǎn)品能帶給消費(fèi)者獨(dú)特、非同一般的感受,可識(shí)別性同樣如此,當(dāng)人們進(jìn)入到某一棟樓的單元入口處絕不會(huì)有像走到了別人家單元入口的感覺(jué),或者有進(jìn)入到別的樓棟單元入口進(jìn)而迷路產(chǎn)生的恐懼感,取而代之的是一種家的歸屬感、親切感。由此可知,視覺(jué)和精神雙重層面的內(nèi)容,均能體現(xiàn)在住宅外部入口空間可識(shí)別性上,比如居民在尋路時(shí)的感受等。經(jīng)過(guò)眾多的文獻(xiàn)檢索后發(fā)現(xiàn),識(shí)別性研究關(guān)注的領(lǐng)域主要為城市及城市廣場(chǎng)、商業(yè)空間、辦公建筑以及居住區(qū)與居住區(qū)之間的識(shí)別性。關(guān)于居住區(qū)的識(shí)別性研究大多是在研究城市形象識(shí)別時(shí)略有提及,專(zhuān)門(mén)體的理論研究相對(duì)較少。本文在總結(jié)了相關(guān)學(xué)者的論述,針對(duì)居住區(qū)住宅建筑現(xiàn)在存在的問(wèn)題提出了城市高層單元式集合住宅外部入口空間可識(shí)別性研究這一研究課題。文章首先界定了住宅建筑外部入口空間相關(guān)定義,在對(duì)住宅建筑入口現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行實(shí)地預(yù)調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,借助一些理論如:環(huán)境心理學(xué)、建筑心理學(xué)、環(huán)境視覺(jué)原理等方面的理論分析住宅建筑外部入口空間可識(shí)別性的環(huán)境認(rèn)知特點(diǎn)。通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)研的方式分析影響單元入口空間的要素、居民的可識(shí)別性需求。并且根據(jù)住宅建筑外部入口各具體要素分析可識(shí)別性現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)而從住宅區(qū)整體形態(tài)要素、單元入口空間實(shí)體要素、住宅區(qū)視覺(jué)標(biāo)識(shí)、單元入口外部環(huán)境要素等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行可識(shí)別性設(shè)計(jì)原則與策略方法分析。通過(guò)以上分析,本文最終得出,易識(shí)別的住宅外部入口空間的形成需要整個(gè)小區(qū)環(huán)境,尤其是住宅建筑外部入口空間環(huán)境所有構(gòu)成要素的共同作用,建筑設(shè)計(jì)為主,非建筑設(shè)計(jì)(方向誘導(dǎo)標(biāo)識(shí)系統(tǒng))為輔,從人的認(rèn)知心理出發(fā),構(gòu)建清晰易識(shí)別的住宅建筑外部入口空間。
[Abstract]:The general meaning of the identifiability of the outer entrance space of the residential building is that in the same residential district, in many residential units entering the mouth, each unit entrance has a unique personality on the basis of overall coordination. Residents can easily find and find their own entrance to the building or a friend's house entrance. The principle of overall coordination and consistency should be followed among the entrance of each building unit in the residential area. Under the principle of overall coordination and coherence, some local changes are made, reflecting certain differences, and the identifiability is strengthened accordingly. Identifiability is similar to the brand products that we come into contact with in our lives. Brand products can give consumers a unique and unusual feeling, and so is identifiability. When people enter the entrance of a unit in a certain building, there is never the feeling of going to someone else's entrance to the unit, or the fear of getting lost at the entrance of another building. Instead, there is a sense of belonging at home. Affinity. It can be seen that both visual and spiritual aspects of the content can be reflected in the external entrance space of housing identifiability, such as residents in the feeling of finding the road. After a lot of literature searches, it is found that the recognition research focuses on city and city square, commercial space, office building and the recognition between residential area and residential area. Most of the researches on the recognition of residential area are mentioned in the research of city image recognition, but the theoretical research of special body is relatively few. This paper summarizes the relevant scholars' discussion, and puts forward the research topic of the identifiability of the outer entrance space of the urban high-rise unit type collective housing in view of the existing problems of residential residential buildings. Firstly, the paper defines the relative definition of the outer entrance space of the residential building. On the basis of the field investigation on the present situation of the entrance of the residential building, it makes use of some theories such as: environmental psychology, architectural psychology, etc. Analysis of the Environmental Cognitive characteristics of the external entrance Space of Residential buildings. The factors influencing the entry space of the unit are analyzed by questionnaire survey, and the identifiable needs of the residents are analyzed. And according to the specific elements of the external entrance of residential buildings to analyze the status quo of identifiability, and then from the overall form elements of residential areas, unit entrance space physical elements, residential visual signs, The discernibility design principle and strategy method are analyzed in several aspects, such as external environmental elements of unit entrance. Through the above analysis, this paper finally concludes that the formation of the easily recognizable outer entrance space of the residence needs the common action of the whole residential district environment, especially all the elements of the external entrance space environment of the residential building, and the architectural design is the main part. Non-architectural design (direction-induced marking system) is used to construct a clear and identifiable outer entrance space of residential building.
