【摘要】：M工廠是世界500強企業(yè)之一,也是全球輪胎業(yè)的領跑者。由M工廠生產的各式輪胎產品在全球暢銷,其生產工廠遍布北美洲、拉丁美洲、歐洲、亞洲和非洲,全球雇員總數(shù)約為111,000人。M工廠的輪胎產品成為發(fā)達國家和發(fā)展中國家的汽車工業(yè)首選。參考市場和M工廠產能、項目設計方案等多種因素,對于同等規(guī)模和技術水平的廠房工程項目來說,三期廠房建設工期被規(guī)定為11個多月。由于其建設項目涉及了土建工程和機電安裝工程,所以對于工期的要求較緊,尤其對除塵、防靜電等特殊工藝的要求比較苛刻。以上特征為項目進度管理的研究和分析提供了良好的案例素材,也為M工廠以后的工廠建設及其它項目管理提供建設性的意見和實踐參考。在這樣的背景條件下,本文對建設項目管理和現(xiàn)代化新型廠房建設案例做了總結和理論分析,以三期廠房工程建設為范本,以當前通行的動態(tài)進度控制的原理及方法為理論基礎,對三期工程建設項目的進度計劃編制與進度控制做出具體闡述。本論文的主體分為四部分:第一,介紹了項目管理的相關概念知識,同時也系統(tǒng)地講述了項目管理和進度控制之間的關系,以及進度控制與其他項目控制的作用關系。第二,介紹三期廠房建設工程之前的廠房工程中出現(xiàn)的問題,以及分類分析這些問題產生的原因和項目管理中涉及到的因素。第三,仿照與該工程項目相似的成功的工程建設項目經(jīng)驗,參照運用項目管理的方法進行科學合理的分解、控制、糾偏和調整,運用網(wǎng)絡圖、橫道圖等工程項目管理工具科學、動態(tài)地表述進度控制的進展情況。最后,提出只有在組織結構、管理、經(jīng)濟和技術等措施下,才能為進度計劃的實施提供客觀的物質保障,順利完成三期廠房建設項目工期目標的結論。
[Abstract]:The M factory is one of the world's top 500 enterprises and the leading runner in the global tire industry. The various tyres produced by the M factory are well sold worldwide. Its production plants are spread throughout North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa, and the total number of global employees of about 111000.M factories has become the automobile industry in developed and developing countries. First choice. Reference market and M factory capacity, project design and other factors, for the same scale and technical level of the factory project, the three phase of the workshop construction period is prescribed for more than 11 months. Because of its construction projects involving civil engineering and mechanical and electrical installation, the requirements for the construction period are tight, especially for dust removal and static protection. The requirements of special technology such as electricity are more demanding. The above features provide a good case material for the research and analysis of project schedule management, and provide constructive opinions and practical references for the factory construction and other project management after the M factory. Under such background conditions, the construction project management and the modern new factory building are built in this paper. This paper makes a summary and theoretical analysis, taking the construction of the three phase of the plant as the model, taking the principle and method of the current dynamic progress control as the theoretical basis, and expounds the schedule planning and progress control of the three phase of the project construction. The main body of this thesis is divided into four parts: first, it introduces the related management of the project. Conceptual knowledge, as well as the relationship between project management and schedule control, as well as the relationship between progress control and other project control. Second, the problems arising in the factory building before the construction of the three workshop are introduced, and the causes of these problems and the factors involved in the project management are classified and analyzed. Third, according to the experience of the successful project construction project similar to that of the project, the scientific and rational decomposition, control, correction and adjustment of the project management are carried out by using the method of project management, and the progress of the progress control system is dynamically described by using the network diagram and the cross road map. Finally, it is proposed that only in the structure of the organization, the management of the project. Economic, technological and other measures can provide objective material guarantee for the implementation of the schedule, and conclude the three phase of the construction period of the plant.
