型鋼混凝土柱性能變形指標(biāo)限值研究

【摘要】:型鋼混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)(Steel-Reinforced Concrete Structure)是型鋼與混凝土有機(jī)結(jié)合形成的結(jié)構(gòu),近年來在建筑結(jié)構(gòu)中,得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。型鋼混凝土柱作為重要的承重構(gòu)件以及抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件,其變形性能直接影響到整個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震安全。目前我國《建筑抗震設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB50011-2010)中的基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法并未對(duì)型鋼混凝土柱的變形性能進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)量化,無法評(píng)估型鋼混凝土柱在各個(gè)地震水平下的性能狀態(tài)。所以,有必要對(duì)型鋼混凝土柱的變形指標(biāo)限值進(jìn)行研究。 在總結(jié)國內(nèi)外有關(guān)理論分析與試驗(yàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文基于大型通用有限元軟件ABAQUS對(duì)型鋼混凝土柱的抗震性能指標(biāo)限值進(jìn)行了研究。主要包括以下幾方面的內(nèi)容: (1)總結(jié)基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法以及型鋼混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)體系的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,收集整理國內(nèi)學(xué)者關(guān)于型鋼混凝土柱試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)以及破壞形態(tài)數(shù)據(jù),分析影響型鋼混凝土柱破壞形態(tài)的各個(gè)因素,并利用有限元軟件ABAQUS對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬。 (2)對(duì)型鋼混凝土柱破壞形態(tài)的劃分方法進(jìn)行探討。針對(duì)收集到的143根型鋼混凝土柱的破壞形態(tài)進(jìn)行研究,得到以彎剪比、剪跨比、箍筋體積配箍率三個(gè)因素來進(jìn)行劃分破壞形態(tài)的方法。結(jié)果表明,,利用該破壞形態(tài)劃分方法可以較為準(zhǔn)確地對(duì)型鋼混凝土柱的破壞形態(tài)進(jìn)行劃分。由于樣本較少,提出基于有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果的破壞形態(tài)劃分方法,將破壞類型劃分為剪切斜壓破壞、彎剪破壞、彎曲破壞和小偏壓破壞四種破壞形態(tài),給出每種破壞形態(tài)的判定方法。通過計(jì)算對(duì)比,論證該方法的正確性。 (3)結(jié)合國內(nèi)外的研究資料,將型鋼混凝土柱的破壞過程劃分為完好、輕微損壞、輕~中等破壞、中等破壞、嚴(yán)重破壞五個(gè)性能狀態(tài)。并給出各個(gè)性能狀態(tài)對(duì)應(yīng)的宏觀狀態(tài)描述。 (4)用數(shù)值模擬的方法對(duì)283根型鋼混凝土柱進(jìn)行分析研究。研究參數(shù)包括:剪跨比、軸壓比、翼緣配鋼率、腹板配鋼率、縱向配筋率、箍筋配筋率、彎剪比。提出不同性能狀態(tài)下的型鋼混凝土柱變形限值,可作為基于性能的設(shè)計(jì)方法的數(shù)據(jù)參考。
[Abstract]:Steel-Reinforced Concrete structure (SRC) is an organic combination of steel and concrete, which has been widely used in recent years. As an important load-bearing member and anti-lateral force member, the deformation behavior of steel reinforced concrete column has a direct impact on the seismic safety of the whole structure. At present, the performance-based seismic design method in China's Code for Seismic Design of buildings (GB50011-2010) does not systematically quantify the deformation performance of steel reinforced concrete columns, so it is impossible to evaluate the performance of steel reinforced concrete columns under various earthquake levels. Therefore, it is necessary to study the limit of deformation index of SRC columns. Based on the theoretical analysis and experimental research at home and abroad, the limit values of seismic performance of steel reinforced concrete columns are studied based on the large and universal finite element software ABAQUS. It mainly includes the following aspects: 1) summing up the performance-based seismic design method and the development of SRC structure system, collecting and sorting the experimental data of SRC columns and the data of failure form of SRC columns in China. The factors influencing the failure pattern of SRC columns are analyzed, and the experimental results are numerically simulated by finite element software ABAQUS. (2) the method of dividing the failure form of steel reinforced concrete column is discussed. The failure patterns of 143 steel reinforced concrete columns collected were studied and the methods of dividing failure patterns were obtained by using three factors: bending shear ratio shear span ratio and stirrups volume hoop ratio. The results show that the failure patterns of steel reinforced concrete columns can be divided more accurately by using this method. Due to the small number of samples, a new method based on the results of finite element analysis is proposed to divide the failure patterns into four types: shear baroclinic failure, bending shear failure, bending failure and small biasing failure. The method of judging each damage form is given. The correctness of the method is proved by calculation and comparison. Combined with the domestic and foreign research data, the failure process of SRC columns is divided into five performance states: intact, slight damage, light to medium damage, moderate damage and serious damage. The macroscopic state description of each performance state is given. Analysis and study of 283 steel reinforced concrete columns by numerical simulation. The parameters include: shear span ratio, axial compression ratio, flange steel ratio, web steel ratio, longitudinal reinforcement ratio, stirrups ratio, and bending shear ratio. The deformation limit values of SRC columns under different performance conditions are proposed, which can be used as a reference for performance-based design methods.
