風(fēng)沙粒子沖擊鋼結(jié)構(gòu)涂層力學(xué)行為的理論與有限元分析

【摘要】:利用接觸力學(xué)理論和三維有限元分析了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)受到風(fēng)沙粒子沖擊后其涂層表面接觸區(qū)應(yīng)力、涂層內(nèi)部應(yīng)力、涂層與基體界面上應(yīng)力的分布規(guī)律。分析結(jié)果表明:涂層表面徑向應(yīng)力在接觸中心出現(xiàn)最大壓應(yīng)力,在接觸區(qū)邊緣出現(xiàn)最大拉應(yīng)力,且在接觸區(qū)邊緣易發(fā)生環(huán)狀撕裂破壞;在涂層內(nèi)部,涂層對(duì)Z向應(yīng)力的承受力較好;涂層內(nèi)部剪應(yīng)力的最大值出現(xiàn)在碰撞接觸點(diǎn)的左下方和右下方,這兩個(gè)位置易受到剪切破壞,在接觸點(diǎn)和剪應(yīng)力最大值之間的剪應(yīng)力變化速度較大;涂層與基體界面上r/h為0~0.4時(shí),Z向應(yīng)力變化較小;在r/h為0.4~1時(shí),Z向應(yīng)力劇烈減小;r/h1時(shí),Z向應(yīng)力基本保持不變;涂層與基體界面上剪應(yīng)力最大值出現(xiàn)在沖擊點(diǎn)附近,且沖擊點(diǎn)附近剪應(yīng)力變化較大,易引起剪切撕裂破壞。
[Abstract]:Based on the contact mechanics theory and three-dimensional finite element method, the stress distribution in the surface contact zone, the internal stress of the coating and the stress at the interface between the coating and the substrate were analyzed.The results show that the radial stress of the coating surface appears maximum compressive stress at the contact center, the maximum tensile stress occurs at the edge of the contact zone, and the ring tearing failure occurs easily at the edge of the contact zone, and within the coating,The maximum shear stress of the coating appears in the lower left and lower right of the impact contact point, which is vulnerable to shear failure.The variation rate of shear stress between the contact point and the maximum shear stress is larger, the variation of Z direction stress is small when r / h is 0 / 0.4 at the interface between coating and substrate, and the change of Z direction stress is almost unchanged when r / h is 0. 4 ~ 1% and r / h is 0. 4 ~ 1 ~ 1 / r ~ (-1).The maximum shear stress at the interface between the coating and the substrate appears near the impact point, and the shear stress near the impact point changes greatly, which easily leads to shear tearing failure.
