【摘要】:電梯曳引鋼絲繩作為電梯重要部件,發(fā)生磨損、斷裂等現(xiàn)象將會給電梯安全使用帶來極大的隱患,對電梯曳引鋼絲繩力學(xué)性能及磨損研究,能給整個電梯安裝及電梯曳引鋼絲繩設(shè)計提供依據(jù),還可以增強電梯曳引鋼絲繩使用壽命,對保障乘梯的安全性和經(jīng)濟性有著重要的意義。本文結(jié)合理論分析、數(shù)值模擬和試驗研究等多種方法,深入研究了電梯曳引鋼絲繩升降過程中的動態(tài)特性、力學(xué)性能及磨損情況。本文的主要工作如下:1.通過動力學(xué)模型構(gòu)建和運動過程數(shù)值模擬分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)在加速度方向發(fā)生變化,電梯曳引鋼絲繩張力都會發(fā)生劇烈振蕩,表明此時鋼絲繩容易破壞。同時分析了張力在加速、勻速、減速三個階段隨著載重量、運動速度、運行加速度變化的規(guī)律以及突變程度的變化,并通過數(shù)據(jù)的提取和分析得到了載重量、速度、加速度對電梯曳引鋼絲繩最大張力值波動影響程度。2.對單股電梯曳引鋼絲繩結(jié)構(gòu)(19根鋼絲)和電梯曳引鋼絲繩8×19結(jié)構(gòu)進行建模及力學(xué)分析,研究了鋼絲繩的軸向應(yīng)力和接觸應(yīng)力的情況,并通過對電梯鋼絲繩拉伸實驗后,進行鋼絲繩拆股檢查,驗證上述鋼絲接觸應(yīng)力大小順序結(jié)論的正確性。3.進行了電梯曳引鋼絲繩在受軸向載荷情況下的力學(xué)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)單股以及整個電梯曳引鋼絲繩的軸向應(yīng)力、接觸應(yīng)力和電梯鋼絲繩結(jié)構(gòu)(芯層鋼絲半徑、內(nèi)層鋼絲半徑和捻距、外層鋼絲半徑和捻距、側(cè)股鋼絲捻距)相關(guān),并得出了變化規(guī)律。4.結(jié)合電梯曳引鋼絲繩的數(shù)值模擬和力學(xué)分析,研究了電梯曳引鋼絲繩動力學(xué)參數(shù)在各個階段(加速、勻速和減速階段)對接觸應(yīng)力的影響;同時分析了電梯曳引鋼絲繩在過曳引輪時的彎曲應(yīng)力,以及各股危險鋼絲在不同曳引輪半徑的情況下的變化規(guī)律。5.利用自制的電梯鋼絲繩疲勞試驗機,對曳引輪直徑、載荷力、頻率和包角這四個因素進行正交試驗,分析了這四個因素對電梯曳引鋼絲繩直徑磨損率的影響程度及變化規(guī)律,并得出了磨損率與這四個因素的線性回歸方程。本文圍繞電梯曳引鋼絲繩展開研究,從理論、數(shù)值模擬和試驗等方面進行探討,通過改變鋼絲繩結(jié)構(gòu)、升降參數(shù)、以及試驗工況下其他因素來分析電梯曳引鋼絲繩性能和磨損,為高速電梯鋼絲繩的研發(fā)和電梯整體安裝提供基礎(chǔ)和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As an important part of elevator, elevator traction wire rope will bring great hidden trouble to the safe use of elevator, such as wear and tear. The mechanical properties and wear of elevator traction wire rope are studied.It can provide the basis for the installation of the elevator and the design of the elevator traction wire rope. It can also enhance the service life of the elevator traction wire rope. It is of great significance to ensure the safety and economy of the elevator.Based on theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experimental study, the dynamic characteristics, mechanical properties and wear of elevator towing wire rope are studied in this paper.The main work of this paper is as follows: 1.Based on the dynamic model construction and the numerical simulation analysis of the motion process, it is found that the tension of the elevator traction wire rope will oscillate violently when the acceleration direction changes, which indicates that the wire rope is easy to be destroyed at this time.At the same time, the change of tension in acceleration, uniform speed and deceleration with deadweight, motion speed, running acceleration and sudden change is analyzed, and the deadweight and velocity are obtained by data extraction and analysis.The influence of acceleration on the fluctuation of maximum tension value of elevator towing wire rope is. 2.The model and mechanical analysis of the single-strand elevator traction wire rope structure (19 wires) and the elevator traction wire rope (8 脳 19) structure are carried out. The axial stress and contact stress of the wire rope are studied, and the tensile test of the elevator wire rope is carried out.To verify the correctness of the conclusion of the order of contact stress of the above steel wire. 3.The mechanical analysis of elevator traction wire rope under axial load is carried out. It is found that the axial stress, contact stress and elevator wire rope structure (core layer wire radius, inner layer wire radius and twist distance) of the single strand and the whole elevator traction wire rope are found.The outer wire radius and twist distance, side strand wire twist distance) are related, and the variation rule. 4.Based on the numerical simulation and mechanical analysis of the elevator traction wire rope, the influence of the dynamic parameters of the elevator traction wire rope on the contact stress in each stage (acceleration, uniform speed and deceleration stage) is studied.At the same time, the bending stress of elevator towing wire rope is analyzed, and the variation law of each dangerous steel wire under the condition of different traction wheel radius is analyzed.By using the self-made elevator wire rope fatigue testing machine, the orthogonal test was carried out on the four factors of traction wheel diameter, load force, frequency and angle, and the influence degree and variation law of these four factors on the wear rate of elevator traction wire rope diameter were analyzed.The linear regression equation between wear rate and these four factors is obtained.This paper focuses on the research of elevator towing wire rope, discusses from the aspects of theory, numerical simulation and test, analyzes the performance and wear of elevator traction wire rope by changing the structure of wire rope, lifting parameters, and other factors under test conditions.It provides the foundation and basis for the research and development of high speed elevator wire rope and the overall installation of elevator.
