考慮支座極限變形的串聯(lián)隔震體系性能分析與振動臺試驗研究

【摘要】:近年來,地震的頻繁發(fā)生給各地震區(qū)造成巨大經(jīng)濟損失和人員傷亡,特別是近場地震造成的損失和傷亡更加嚴(yán)重。隨著隔震技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展和應(yīng)用,隔震建筑如雨后春筍般涌現(xiàn)出來。由于工程的需要,隔震建筑呈多種發(fā)展形式,包括了基礎(chǔ)隔震結(jié)構(gòu)、層間隔震結(jié)構(gòu)和復(fù)雜的串聯(lián)隔震結(jié)構(gòu)。對于基礎(chǔ)隔震結(jié)構(gòu)和層間隔震結(jié)構(gòu)在建筑抗震規(guī)范中已有明顯的體現(xiàn),然而,對于復(fù)雜的串聯(lián)隔震結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計在規(guī)范中并沒有明顯針對性的要求。隨著串聯(lián)隔震結(jié)構(gòu)的大量建設(shè),將疊層橡膠支座連接于鋼筋混凝土柱頂部形成隔震層的現(xiàn)象比較常見,其被定義為串聯(lián)隔震體系。對于串聯(lián)隔震體系的力學(xué)性能和試驗研究相對較少,特別是在串聯(lián)隔震體系廣泛應(yīng)用的情況下,對于串聯(lián)隔震體系的理論和試驗研究就顯得更加重要。本文在研究此問題的過程中采用漸進式的分析方法,首先分析了不同邊界條件下疊層橡膠支座的水平剛度變化,然后對串聯(lián)隔震體系的水平剛度進行了研究,再針對罕遇地震下疊層橡膠支座的變形特點,對串聯(lián)隔震體系進行性能分析,同時,用有限元方法和理論分析探討了串聯(lián)隔震體系的恢復(fù)力模型、質(zhì)點模型和地震響應(yīng),最后對串聯(lián)隔震體系進行了近場和遠場地震下的振動臺試驗研究,最終完成了整個串聯(lián)隔震體系的理論和試驗研究。 本文的主要研究內(nèi)容包括以下幾個方面: 1.針對隔震結(jié)構(gòu)中疊層橡膠支座端部連接的特點,推導(dǎo)了考慮不同邊界約束狀態(tài)下疊層橡膠支座的水平剛度方程,用算例分析了邊界條件對疊層橡膠支座的水平剛度的影響,探討了不同邊界條件下端部約束能力和豎向荷載對疊層橡膠支座的水平剛度的影響;然后,對典型的下部邊界約束問題的串聯(lián)隔震體系進行了分析,針對其自身的特點,考慮疊層橡膠支座和鋼筋混凝土柱相互作用,在彎-剪-壓作用下推導(dǎo)了串聯(lián)隔震體系的水平剛度方程,對9種普通的疊層橡膠支座對應(yīng)的串聯(lián)隔震體系的水平剛度進行了參數(shù)分析,提出了簡化方程。并針對某一類代表性的疊層橡膠支座對應(yīng)的串聯(lián)隔震體系水平剛度方程進行了參數(shù)影響分析,與用有限元模型的分析結(jié)果進行對比,驗證模型的正確性和適用性; 2.針對建筑抗震規(guī)范的相關(guān)規(guī)定隔震層下部結(jié)構(gòu)和構(gòu)件要進行罕遇地震下變形和承載力驗算的要求,進行了以疊層橡膠支座的極限變形為基礎(chǔ),考慮鋼筋混凝土柱的不同損傷狀態(tài)的串聯(lián)隔震體系的性能分析,討論了串聯(lián)隔震體系的性能指標(biāo)限值,并與靜力試驗進行了對比; 3.在隔震結(jié)構(gòu)中串聯(lián)隔震體系以隔震層的形式存在,隔震結(jié)構(gòu)在進行動力計算時串聯(lián)隔震體系的恢復(fù)力模型就較為關(guān)鍵。用有限元軟件Marc對帶鉛芯疊層橡膠支座的串聯(lián)隔震體系進行了非線性力學(xué)性能分析,系統(tǒng)的分析了力和變形關(guān)系、等效水平剛度和破壞等力學(xué)特性,并與試驗部分結(jié)果進行了對比分析;基于鉛芯疊層橡膠支座的恢復(fù)力模型提出串聯(lián)隔震體系的恢復(fù)力模型,探討串聯(lián)隔震體系參數(shù)對雙質(zhì)點模型和單質(zhì)點模型的特性的影響,采用單質(zhì)點模型分析了近場地震作用下串聯(lián)隔震體系的動力響應(yīng)和減震效果,探討了地震動加速度峰值對串聯(lián)隔震體系減震效果的影響; 4.對串聯(lián)隔震體系進行了近場和遠場地震作用下的振動臺試驗,研究串聯(lián)隔震體系的動力響應(yīng)特點,對比了近場和遠場地震作用下串聯(lián)隔震體系的動力響應(yīng),分析了近場和遠場地震作用下串聯(lián)隔震體系的減震效果,探討了近場地震作用下輸入模式對串聯(lián)隔震體系的減震效果的影響,分析串聯(lián)隔震體系試驗?zāi)P偷钠茐奶攸c和規(guī)律,討論地震動加速度峰值對串聯(lián)隔震體系減震效果的影響,并用串聯(lián)隔震體系試驗測試的加速時程響應(yīng)度和位移時程響應(yīng)與理論模型的計算結(jié)果進行了對比。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the frequent occurrence of earthquakes to the earthquake caused huge economic losses and casualties, especially caused by the near field earthquake damage and casualties were more serious. With the rapid development and application of the isolation technology, isolation buildings such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain due to engineering. To isolated buildings in various forms of development, including the base isolation structure, the isolation layer structure and complex structure. The serial isolation for the base isolation structure and interlayer isolation structure has been clearly reflected in the seismic code of buildings, however, for the design of complex structure of the serial isolation in the specification and no obvious specific requirements. With a large number of construction of series isolation structure. The laminated rubber bearing is connected to the top of the reinforced concrete column to form the isolation layer of the more common phenomenon, which is defined as the serial isolation system. The mechanical series isolation system The performance test and research is relatively small, especially widely used in the serial isolation system, it is more important for theoretical and experimental research of series seismic isolation system. This paper in the process of the study of this problem by using asymptotic analysis method, firstly analyzes the stiffness changes under different boundary conditions of laminated rubber bearings then, the horizontal stiffness of series seismic isolation system is studied, and the deformation characteristics of severeearthquake laminated rubber bearings, and the series seismic isolation system performance analysis is conducted, using the finite element method and theoretical analysis of the restoring force model of series seismic isolation system, particle model and seismic response was carried out in the end shaking table test of the near field and far field earthquake of series seismic isolation system, the final completion of the whole series seismic isolation system on the theory and experiment.
The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:
1. for isolated structure with laminated rubber bearing is connected with the end of the characteristics, considering the stiffness equation for different boundary conditions of laminated rubber bearings, analysis of the influence of boundary conditions on the horizontal stiffness of laminated rubber bearing with the example, discusses the influence of different levels of ability and lower end constraint boundary conditions the vertical load of laminated rubber bearing stiffness; then, series seismic isolation system on the lower part of the typical boundary problem are analyzed, according to its own characteristics, considering the laminated rubber bearing and reinforced concrete column interaction in bending and shear compression derived stiffness equation of series seismic isolation system the level of series seismic isolation system 9 common laminated rubber bearings of the corresponding horizontal stiffness parameters were analyzed, proposed a simplified equation. And the laminated rubber bearings are a kind of corresponding representative series The parameter influence analysis of the horizontal stiffness equation of the coupling isolation system is analyzed and compared with the analysis results of the finite element model to verify the correctness and applicability of the model.
