基于3R1H原則的綠色施工節(jié)材研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)建筑業(yè)消耗了大量的自然資源,這使得我國(guó)人均資源占有量匱乏更加突出,嚴(yán)重影響國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康發(fā)展,循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)是指循環(huán)回收、重復(fù)利用資源的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式,在建筑業(yè)推行循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)是必然趨勢(shì)。然而施工階段又在工程項(xiàng)目整個(gè)生命過(guò)程中消耗建筑材料最多的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),,如在施工過(guò)程中按照循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)3R1H原則即減量化、再利用、再循環(huán)及無(wú)害化處理推行施工節(jié)材無(wú)疑能帶來(lái)巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)及環(huán)境效益。 文章分析現(xiàn)階段在建筑行業(yè)下施工材料消耗狀況,對(duì)施工節(jié)材的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行界定,并針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)在施工節(jié)材運(yùn)用與研究進(jìn)行總結(jié)與歸納,分析國(guó)內(nèi)外循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)在施工企業(yè)節(jié)材方面的應(yīng)用與研究的不足。并對(duì)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)、綠色施工的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行概述,提出循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)下的節(jié)材與傳統(tǒng)線性經(jīng)濟(jì)下的節(jié)材的區(qū)別,顯示出運(yùn)用循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的優(yōu)越性,并對(duì)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)下綠色施工節(jié)材理論進(jìn)行界定與構(gòu)想。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合綠色施工中節(jié)材要點(diǎn),以施工過(guò)程的建筑材料為研究對(duì)象,從原材料的減量化、余料與剩料的再利用、可重生垃圾的再循環(huán)和廢棄物的無(wú)害化處理出發(fā),提出3R1H綠色施工節(jié)材模式的構(gòu)建,并指出以采用新型材料、提高施工工藝、深化設(shè)計(jì)方案以及建筑垃圾回收利用途徑實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色節(jié)材,介紹循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)下綠色施工節(jié)約材料的管理,針對(duì)如何推進(jìn)節(jié)材的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)所需要的實(shí)施支持進(jìn)行說(shuō)明。最后,引進(jìn)華南某施工項(xiàng)目為案例進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,總結(jié)該項(xiàng)目推行施工節(jié)材模式情況,并對(duì)節(jié)材取得效果進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析。
[Abstract]:The construction industry of our country has consumed a large amount of natural resources, which makes the scarcity of per capita resources more prominent and seriously affects the healthy development of the national economy. The circular economy refers to the economic development model of recycling and reuse of resources.It is an inevitable trend to carry out circular economy in the construction industry.However, the construction stage also consumes the most construction materials in the whole life process of the project, such as the reduction and reuse according to the 3R1H principle of circular economy in the construction process.Recycling and innocuous treatment will undoubtedly bring enormous economic, social and environmental benefits.This paper analyzes the consumption of construction materials in the construction industry at the present stage, defines the circular economy of construction saving materials, and summarizes and summarizes the application and research of recycling economy in construction at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the shortage of application and research of circular economy in construction enterprises.It also summarizes the related theories of circular economy and green construction, and puts forward the difference between the saving materials under the circular economy and the traditional linear economy, which shows the superiority of using the circular economy.And the green construction material saving theory under the circular economy is defined and conceived.On this basis, combined with the key points of saving materials in green construction, taking the construction materials of the construction process as the research object, starting from the reduction of raw materials, the reuse of surplus and surplus materials, the recycling of reborn waste and the harmless treatment of wastes,This paper puts forward the construction of 3R1H green construction material saving mode, and points out that green material saving can be realized by adopting new materials, improving construction technology, deepening design scheme and recycling of construction waste, and introducing the management of green construction saving material under circular economy.Explain how to promote the circular economy.Finally, a case study of a construction project in South China is carried out, and a detailed analysis of the construction material saving mode is made.
