【摘要】： 目前我國進入了城市化快速發(fā)展的時期,在這個過程中,逐步出現(xiàn)了城市擁擠、交通堵塞、環(huán)境污染、空間緊張、生態(tài)質量下降等一系列城市問題。與此同時,人們對生活環(huán)境、生活質量、生存狀態(tài)的要求也在不斷發(fā)生變化,并且總體上需求越來越復雜、要求越來越高,這個必然的進化趨勢導致人們越來越關心人居環(huán)境及自身的生存狀態(tài)。如何建設我們的城市,是當代人急需認真考慮的緊迫問題。而建設宜居城市,改善人民生活環(huán)境,合理構建城市生態(tài)體系,實現(xiàn)城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展,無疑為解決城市問題提供了一種合理的參考模式和切實可行的建設思路,因此,對“宜居城市”科學體系的理論研究,日益成為專家學者關注和探討的熱點,如何建設“宜居城市”也成為城市政府和居民密切關注的焦點。 首先,本文參閱大量文獻資料,結合國內(nèi)外城市建設的典型實例,對宜居城市的概念內(nèi)涵、研究進展以及理論基礎進行了深入的分析,同時,針對長春市目前城市發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從經(jīng)濟、環(huán)境、資源、社會等方面入手,對長春市建設宜居城市進行了科學的評價,總結出影響宜居城市建設的六大主導因素,即城市安全、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、生態(tài)環(huán)境、基礎設施建設、文化教育、社會保障,并闡明目前長春市宜居城市建設過程中存在的主要問題:提出加強公共危機管理、促進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、加強城市環(huán)境保護、加快人居環(huán)境、完善基礎設施、加快軟環(huán)境建設等路徑。最后提出建設宜居長春的路徑和對策。 本文對長春的宜居城市建設的研究仍屬基礎性研究,需要深入探討的地方還有很多,有待于以后做更進一步的努力。
[Abstract]:At present, China has entered a period of rapid development of the city, in this process, the gradual emergence of the city congestion, traffic congestion, environmental pollution, ecological space is tight, the decline in the quality of a series of problems in the city. At the same time, people on the living environment, quality of life, survival state requirements are constantly changing, and on the whole the demand is more and more complicated, the increasingly high demand, which results in more and more people concern about our own living environment and state. How to build our city, is the urgent problem of contemporary people in urgent need of careful consideration. And the construction of livable city, improving people's living environment, reasonable construction of city ecological system, realize the sustainable development of the city undoubtedly, provide a reasonable reference model and construction ideas, practical and feasible to solve the problem of the city, the "livable city" of the scientific system of theory research It is increasingly becoming a hot spot of attention and discussion by experts and scholars. How to build a "livable city" has also become the focus of urban government and residents.
Firstly, in this paper, a large number of literature, combined with a typical example for the construction of the city at home and abroad, the connotation of the concept of livable city, in-depth analysis, research progress and theoretical basis at the same time, in view of the current development status of the city, Changchun from economy, environment, resources, social and other aspects, the scientific evaluation of Changchun city the construction of livable city, summed up the impact of six major factors that the construction of livable city, city safety, economic development, ecological environment, infrastructure construction, culture, education, social security, and expounds the main problems existing in the construction of livable city in the process of Changchun: put forward to strengthen the public crisis management, promote economic development, strengthen the city environmental protection, accelerate the living environment, improve infrastructure, accelerate the construction of soft environment such as path. Finally put forward approaches and Countermeasures to the construction of livable Changchun.
In this paper, the study of Changchun's livable city construction is still a basic research. There are many places to be discussed in depth, and further efforts are needed in the future.
