【摘要】:當(dāng)今社會,隨著經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,技術(shù)的不斷改進,使得建筑物行業(yè)進入一個新的發(fā)展階段,衡量社會發(fā)展的重要指標(biāo)就是建筑物的各項指標(biāo)。人們的生產(chǎn)和生活也都離不開建筑。隨著社會文明的高度發(fā)展,人們對建筑物的要求也有了很大的提高,對能源的損耗也不斷的提高,建筑業(yè)的消耗占世界消耗的三分之一。 由于人類的活動與自然環(huán)境的沖突造成了自然環(huán)境、人居環(huán)境的惡化,使人們重新審視人與自然、建筑與自然環(huán)境的關(guān)系。隨著可持續(xù)發(fā)展觀念的提出,使建筑師開始思索如何從根源上解決建筑對能源和環(huán)境的影響。綠色建筑的出現(xiàn)正是基于這一背景。綠色建筑是指在建筑的全壽命的周期內(nèi),最大限度地節(jié)約資源包括節(jié)地、節(jié)水和節(jié)能、保護環(huán)境和減少污染,為人們提供健康的、適用的和高效的使用空間,是與自然和諧共生的建筑。 本文主要從國內(nèi)外綠色建筑的背景現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),講述綠色建筑的定義、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的觀念,綠色建筑的評價體系等多方面的內(nèi)容。試圖提出綠色建筑的設(shè)計理念,結(jié)合實例從建筑選址、能源的利用保溫、隔熱遮陽、自然采光、自然通風(fēng)等方面闡述綠色建筑的設(shè)計,結(jié)合節(jié)能方面,充分體現(xiàn)綠色建筑對社會發(fā)展的重要性,綠色建筑會使我們的生活居住環(huán)境更加的舒適、美好。 綠色建筑正在全球悄然升起,隨著國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展,由于對環(huán)境問題的忽視造成了嚴重的環(huán)境污染和生態(tài)破壞,中國的生態(tài)環(huán)境目前正處于十分脆弱的狀態(tài),至今仍在不斷的惡化,這些對于中國建筑業(yè)都是不可推卸的責(zé)任。綠色建筑在國外已有多年的歷史,我國對綠色建筑的起步較晚,還處于初級階段,但是隨著國家政府的大力提倡和《綠色建筑評價標(biāo)準》等規(guī)范的了頒布實施,綠色建筑的工作也基本步入正軌。 當(dāng)今社會,當(dāng)我們需要重新審視建筑業(yè)在建造和使用過程中的消費方式和其生態(tài)意義時,我們不得不拋棄那種高能耗、高污染的傳統(tǒng)方式。從而一種全新的建筑形式應(yīng)然而生。是指建筑對環(huán)境沒有危害,起到環(huán)保作用,能充分利用環(huán)境自然的資源,并且在不破壞環(huán)境基本生態(tài)平衡條件下建造的一種建筑的綠色建筑,并將綠色建筑作為新世紀建筑設(shè)計的方向。 中國的建筑業(yè)目前正處在由數(shù)量型向質(zhì)量型轉(zhuǎn)變的重要時刻,建造綠色建筑是建筑品質(zhì)提高的重要標(biāo)志,也是中國建筑業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)向可持續(xù)發(fā)展的綠色道路的重要切入點。綠色建筑在節(jié)能方面也有不可磨滅的作用。綠色建筑使用環(huán)保材料,充分利用可再生資源。在新的世紀,中國建筑不在按高能耗高污染的老模式發(fā)展,注重節(jié)能與環(huán)保,,建設(shè)綠色建筑是中國建筑發(fā)展的必由之路。
[Abstract]:In today's society, with the continuous development of the economy and the continuous improvement of technology, the building industry has entered a new stage of development. The important index to measure social development is the indexes of buildings. People's production and life are inseparable from architecture. With the high development of social civilization, people's requirements for buildings have been greatly improved. Energy losses are also rising, with construction accounting for 1/3 of the world's consumption. As the conflict between human activities and natural environment has caused the natural environment and the deterioration of human settlement environment, people have re-examined the relationship between man and nature, architecture and natural environment. With the development of the concept of sustainable development, Causes architects to start thinking about how to address the energy and environmental impacts of buildings at their root causes. Green buildings are built against this background. Green buildings are about maximizing resource savings, including land conservation, over the life cycle of the building. Water saving and energy saving, environmental protection and pollution reduction, provide people with healthy, applicable and efficient space for use, is a building in harmony with nature. Based on the background of green building at home and abroad, this paper describes the definition of green building, the concept of sustainable development, the evaluation system of green building and so on. Combined with examples, the design of green building is expounded from the aspects of site selection, energy utilization and heat preservation, heat insulation and shading, natural lighting, natural ventilation and so on, and the importance of green building to social development is fully reflected in the aspect of energy saving. Green buildings will make our living environment more comfortable and beautiful. Green buildings are rising quietly all over the world. With the rapid development of domestic economy, the ecological environment of China is in a very fragile state because of the serious environmental pollution and ecological destruction caused by ignoring the environmental problems. These are unshirkable responsibilities for China's construction industry. Green buildings have been in foreign countries for many years, and our country has a late start on green buildings, which is still in its infancy. However, with the strong promotion of the national government and the promulgation and implementation of the "Green Building Evaluation Standard", the work of Green Building is basically on the right track. In today's society, when we need to re-examine the way construction is consumed and its ecological significance in construction and use, we have to abandon that kind of high energy consumption. The traditional way of high pollution. Therefore, a completely new architectural form should be born. It means that buildings have no harm to the environment, play an environmental protection role, and make full use of the natural resources of the environment. And a kind of green building without destroying the basic ecological balance of the environment is built, and the green building is regarded as the direction of architectural design in the new century. The construction industry in China is at an important moment when it changes from quantity to quality. The construction of green buildings is an important symbol of the improvement of building quality. It is also an important entry point for China's construction industry to turn to a green road for sustainable development. Green buildings also play an indelible role in energy conservation. Green buildings use environment-friendly materials and make full use of renewable resources. In the new century, Chinese buildings do not develop according to the old pattern of high energy consumption and high pollution, and pay attention to energy saving and environmental protection. Building green buildings is the only way for the development of Chinese buildings.
