【摘要】：采煤業(yè)是推動(dòng)唐山城市發(fā)展的主要驅(qū)動(dòng)力,130余年的煤礦開采造成該市地表塌陷多達(dá)17.34km2。南湖位于唐山市中心以南1km,是全市采煤塌陷區(qū)中對(duì)城市影響最大的一處。經(jīng)過(guò)一個(gè)多世紀(jì)的采煤與沉陷,加之1976年唐山地震的破壞,這里成了人際罕至的廢棄地,市區(qū)排放的雨水、污水、各種垃圾以及電廠的粉煤灰都匯聚于此,形成巨型垃圾山。項(xiàng)目以"廢墟中生長(zhǎng)出來(lái)的城市"作為設(shè)計(jì)理念,根據(jù)自然環(huán)境條件,結(jié)合景觀策略、生態(tài)技術(shù)措施,在生態(tài)適宜性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,營(yíng)建南湖生態(tài)城中央公園,將區(qū)域內(nèi)現(xiàn)存的和潛在的威脅到人類和生態(tài)的危險(xiǎn)徹底根除。
[Abstract]:Coal mining industry is the main driving force to promote the development of Tangshan city. Coal mining for more than 130 years caused the collapse of the surface of Tangshan city as much as 17.34 km2. The Nanhu Lake is located 1 km to the south of Tangshan City, and is the most influential place in the coal mining subsidence area in the whole city. After more than a century of coal mining and subsidence, Combined with the damage caused by the Tangshan earthquake on 1976, it has become a rare wasteland where Rain Water, sewage, all kinds of garbage, and the fly ash of power plants converge. The project takes "the city growing out of the ruins" as the design idea, according to the natural environment condition, the landscape strategy, the ecological technology measure, on the basis of the ecological suitability analysis, The construction of the Central Park of the South Lake Ecological City will eradicate the existing and potential threats to human and ecology in the region.
