【摘要】：針對目前歷史建筑更新現(xiàn)狀,提出歷史建筑更新應(yīng)與生態(tài)理念相結(jié)合。以生態(tài)評價的方式介入歷史建筑更新的研究,通過對歷史建筑更新生態(tài)性的分析,從歷史建筑原有生態(tài)特征及區(qū)域環(huán)境特性入手,通過調(diào)查研究和文獻(xiàn)查閱,總結(jié)歷史建筑更新過程中所運用的生態(tài)設(shè)計元素,并對對歷史建筑更新技術(shù)進(jìn)行了深入探討,形成完整的生態(tài)更新體系。 通過對生態(tài)理念下歷史建筑的更新技術(shù)的研究,提出了生態(tài)技術(shù)設(shè)計的準(zhǔn)則,從結(jié)合自然、結(jié)合材料、結(jié)合能源等方面進(jìn)行了深入探討。 在生態(tài)模擬軟件方面進(jìn)行了生態(tài)性更新技術(shù)的拓展。提出歷史建筑更新應(yīng)用生態(tài)軟件分析,從歷史建筑的基本現(xiàn)狀和建筑特色方面進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)分析,分析后進(jìn)行更新策略的數(shù)據(jù)整合。整合數(shù)據(jù)后應(yīng)用軟件檢測分析,在地域、氣候、熱能、光能進(jìn)行分層次的檢測分析,匯總生態(tài)軟件檢測分析數(shù)據(jù),總結(jié)生態(tài)軟件分析在歷史建筑更新中的作用。 生態(tài)與歷史建筑是共生的關(guān)系,歷史建筑更新的生態(tài)研究是在生態(tài)方面尋求歷史建筑更新技術(shù)上的突破,是完善歷史建筑更新上的生態(tài)理念的缺失,將歷史建筑更新系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行生態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:In view of the present situation of historical building renewal, this paper puts forward that the historical building renewal should be combined with ecological concept, and the ecological characteristics of historical building renewal should be analyzed by analyzing the ecological characteristics of historical building renewal by means of ecological evaluation. Starting with the original ecological characteristics and regional environmental characteristics of historical buildings, through investigation and literature review, this paper summarizes the ecological design elements used in the renewal process of historical buildings, and probes deeply into the renewal technology of historical buildings. Form a complete ecological renewal system. Through the research on the renewal technology of historical buildings under the ecological concept, this paper puts forward the criteria of ecological technology design, and probes deeply into the combination of nature, materials, energy and so on. In the aspect of ecological simulation software, the ecological renewal technology is expanded. The paper puts forward the application of ecological software to historical building renewal, and analyzes the basic situation and architectural characteristics of historical building. After the analysis, the data integration of the updated strategy is carried out. After the integration of the data, the software is used to detect and analyze the data. In the area, climate, heat energy and light energy, the data are detected and analyzed in different levels, and the ecological software detects and analyzes the data. This paper summarizes the role of ecological software analysis in the renewal of historical buildings. The relationship between ecology and historical building is symbiotic. The ecological research of historical building renewal is to seek a breakthrough in the technology of historical building renewal in ecology, and to perfect the ecological idea of historical building renewal. The history building renewal system carries on the ecological transformation.
