【摘要】：歷史環(huán)境,是在城市漫長的發(fā)展過程中沉淀而成的,是一種特殊的文化載體,體現(xiàn)著一個地區(qū)的地域文化特征。然而,我國目前快速又大規(guī)模的城市更新進程中出現(xiàn)了許多問題:歷史環(huán)境遭到破壞;城市特色消失;資源的嚴重浪費等。雖然學術界已對上述問題進行了研究并取得了一定成果,但成果主要停留在規(guī)劃的宏觀層面或文物保護和修復的微觀層面,缺乏對具體設計方法的探索,導致實際工作中缺乏指導。因此,對歷史環(huán)境再生中的城市設計的研究就非常重要,因為其既介于微觀和宏觀之間,又能提供具體的操作實踐方法。本文首先論述了產(chǎn)生上述諸問題的原因及背景,并指出了研究歷史環(huán)境再生中的城市設計的必要性。通過梳理國內(nèi)外歷史環(huán)境保護思想的演變歷程和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,研究相關的理論和模式,對課題的研究對象進行深入而全面的縱向認知。接著對歷史環(huán)境再生理念的價值觀念改變進行了橫向的比較分析,歸納總結(jié)了有借鑒價值的研究成果和實踐經(jīng)驗。通過對優(yōu)秀案例的分析,對歷史環(huán)境的類型進行了劃分,探討了視覺規(guī)律對歷史環(huán)境的要求及影響,提出了歷史環(huán)境再生中的城市設計的理念定位,對其常用模式進行了總結(jié)與反思,并明確了其主要內(nèi)容和設計要素,從而初步構(gòu)建了歷史環(huán)境再生中的城市設計的模式,力圖對本領域理論有所補充,并為設計實踐提供參考。隨后以導師帶領下親自參與的南和縣歷史城區(qū)再生的城市設計為嘗試,探索以上原則和設計方法,并進行總結(jié)。論文最后對我國的歷史環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展進行展望,希望本文的研究成果能夠為其它地區(qū)的歷史環(huán)境再生的城市設計略盡薄力。
[Abstract]:The historical environment, which is precipitated in the long process of urban development, is a special cultural carrier which embodies the regional cultural characteristics of a region. At present, many problems appear in the rapid and large-scale urban renewal process in China: the historical environment is destroyed, the urban characteristics disappear, the resources are wasted, etc. Although the academic circles have studied the above problems and made some achievements, However, the results mainly stay at the macro level of planning or the microscopic level of conservation and restoration of cultural relics, and the lack of exploration of specific design methods leads to a lack of guidance in practical work. The study of urban design in the regeneration of historical environment is very important, because it is not only between micro and macro, but also can provide specific practical methods. This paper first discusses the causes and background of the above problems. It also points out the necessity of studying the urban design in the regeneration of historical environment. Through combing the evolvement course and development status of the historical environmental protection thought at home and abroad, the relevant theories and models are studied. The research object of the subject is deeply and comprehensively recognized vertically, and then the change of the values of the concept of historical environment regeneration is compared and analyzed horizontally. Through the analysis of excellent cases, the types of historical environment are divided, and the requirements and effects of visual law on historical environment are discussed. This paper puts forward the concept and orientation of urban design in the regeneration of historical environment, summarizes and reflects on its common models, and clarifies its main contents and design elements, thus preliminarily constructing the mode of urban design in the regeneration of historical environment. The author tries to supplement the theory of this field and provide reference for the design practice. Then, with the urban design of Nanhe County's historical urban regeneration, which is personally participated by his mentor, as an attempt, the above principles and design methods are explored. Finally, the paper looks forward to the sustainable development of the historical environment of our country, and hopes that the research results of this paper can do little for the urban design of the regeneration of the historical environment in other regions.
