萬達(dá)商業(yè)綜合體景觀發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,在近20年的時(shí)間里,現(xiàn)代商業(yè)也經(jīng)歷了多次變革,從單一商業(yè)建筑體到商業(yè)綜合體,商業(yè)外部環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)也一直處于變化中。商業(yè)景觀作為商業(yè)的外圍,是每個(gè)消費(fèi)者最先接觸到的空間,作為一個(gè)載體,將各種不同功能類型的空間串聯(lián)成為整體,成為商業(yè)空間中不可或缺、非常重要的一部分。國內(nèi)最成功的商業(yè)開發(fā)航母莫過于萬達(dá)集團(tuán),萬達(dá)集團(tuán)歷經(jīng)20余年發(fā)展,經(jīng)歷第一代店、第二代店,到現(xiàn)在的商業(yè)綜合體,景觀設(shè)計(jì)也隨之不斷發(fā)展。隨著萬達(dá)在國內(nèi)商業(yè)綜合體數(shù)量的與日俱增,商業(yè)綜合體的景觀卻未能得到全面理想的發(fā)展。研究以萬達(dá)商業(yè)綜合體景觀的基本資料為基礎(chǔ),以萬達(dá)的第三代店為主體,其發(fā)展為主線,其設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)步為重點(diǎn),剖析其轉(zhuǎn)型的原因。通過分析萬達(dá)商業(yè)的各代產(chǎn)品特征、對(duì)比景觀要素,橫向?qū)Ρ热毡玖灸綡ILLS商業(yè)綜合體景觀,總結(jié)萬達(dá)商業(yè)綜合體景觀設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)勢(shì)、不足及優(yōu)化建議,為中國商業(yè)綜合體景觀設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展探索出一條具有借鑒意義的道路。對(duì)萬達(dá)商業(yè)綜合體景觀設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐提供系統(tǒng)性指導(dǎo),對(duì)其他商業(yè)綜合體景觀設(shè)計(jì)具有一定的借鑒意義。研究的主要內(nèi)容包括分析了萬達(dá)商業(yè)綜合體發(fā)展的原因,總結(jié)了第一代、第二代、第三代萬達(dá)廣場(chǎng)商業(yè)的業(yè)態(tài)和建筑形態(tài)的發(fā)展,對(duì)萬達(dá)不同時(shí)代的景觀特征進(jìn)行分析,通過空間與場(chǎng)所、交通組織、地域文化特色、雕塑小品、植物造景、材料與技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、泛光導(dǎo)視、商業(yè)活動(dòng)策劃以及成本控制等九個(gè)方面的詳細(xì)對(duì)比分析,可以清晰地了解萬達(dá)商業(yè)景觀在不同階段的特點(diǎn)。另外將萬達(dá)商業(yè)景觀與日本六本木HILLS的商業(yè)景觀進(jìn)行橫向比較研究,總結(jié)各自的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),對(duì)萬達(dá)商業(yè)景觀提出優(yōu)化建議,并將這些優(yōu)化建議在昆明西山萬達(dá)廣場(chǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)中予以實(shí)現(xiàn)。論文的主要研究方法有例證法、比較法、歸納法,作者通過大量的案例,對(duì)萬達(dá)不同階段商業(yè)綜合體進(jìn)行整理、比較、歸納、總結(jié),其中由于作者實(shí)際主導(dǎo)多個(gè)第二代、第三代商業(yè)綜合體的景觀設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目,研究有實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, modern commerce has undergone many changes in the past 20 years, from a single commercial building to a commercial complex. Commercial landscape, as the periphery of the business, is the first space that every consumer comes into contact with. As a carrier, all kinds of space of different function types are connected into a whole. Become an indispensable part of the business space, very important part. The most successful commercial development of the aircraft carrier is Wanda Group, Wanda Group after more than 20 years of development, experienced the first generation store, the second generation store. To the present commercial complex, landscape design has also been developing. With the increasing number of Wanda commercial complexes in China. The research is based on the basic data of Wanda commercial complex landscape, the third generation of Wanda shop as the main body, its development as the main line, and its design progress as the focus. Analysis of the reasons for its transformation. Through the analysis of Wanda commercial product characteristics, contrast landscape elements, horizontal comparison of Japanese Liupengmu HILLS commercial complex landscape. Summarize the advantages, disadvantages and optimization suggestions of Wanda commercial complex landscape design. For the development of Chinese commercial complex landscape design to explore a reference road, Wanda commercial complex landscape design practice to provide systematic guidance. For other commercial complex landscape design has certain reference significance. The main content of the study includes analysis of the reasons for the development of Wanda commercial complex, summed up the first generation, the second generation. The third generation Wanda Square commercial form and architectural form development, Wanda different times of landscape characteristics are analyzed, through space and place, traffic organization, regional cultural characteristics, sculpture sketches, plant landscape. Material and technical standards, pan-light guide, business activity planning and cost control nine aspects of detailed comparative analysis. We can clearly understand the characteristics of Wanda commercial landscape in different stages. In addition, the commercial landscape of Wanda and the commercial landscape of Liupongmu HILLS in Japan are compared horizontally, and their advantages and disadvantages are summarized. Put forward the commercial landscape of Wanda optimization suggestions, and these optimization suggestions will be implemented in the design of Kunming West Mountain Wanda Square. The main research methods in this paper are example method, comparative method, induction method. Through a large number of cases, the author collates, compares, induces and summarizes the commercial complex in different stages of Wanda, among which the author actually dominates the landscape design projects of many second-generation and third-generation commercial complexes. The research is based on practice.
